🔴I KNOW WHAT THE ERROR IS. THESE SETTINGS DO NOT WORK. After dealing with the problem for months, the issue is when you use an extensible "power thief", I don't know what they call it in your countries, (The cable does NOT send enough power to the computer's power source and gives that error. Regularly, it happens when you are demanding a lot of effort from the PC m when you render a video, render a 3D model or play a very heavy game with images to the maximum or because you also have many components connected to the same extensible power strip) to eliminate this error and if you need an extensible power strip yes or yes, build and buy a 20 to 25 amp power strip and a good 10 gauge cable with a 20 to 25 amp head too. If you want to save the extensible, it is best to connect your computer directly to the power from the wall outlet. (NOTE) Always use a stabilizer to protect your PC equipment. That was my solution that you won't find anywhere else. IF THIS METHOD DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU, IT'S PROBABLE THAT YOUR POWER SUPPLY IS DAMAGED OR NEEDS REPAIR. It's not delivering a stable voltage and for safety reasons the motherboard reboots or shuts down to protect the components. (ONLY WORKS FOR DESKTOP, I HAVE NOT TESTED IT ON A LAPTOP)
After two clean Windows reinstall, drivers checks and error checking. The thing that was triggering the error was the 3rd party sleeved cables. I removed those and it worked like a charm on my RX 7900 XTX.
Did everything on the video, reinstalled windows, did separated stress testing for gpu and cpu. Got nothing. Then when playing, still the crash and the error. I got a spare PSU, when I was ready to connect it to the GPU, I noticed the modded cables and give a try. It solve my issues.
I thought I solved this error, but after a long time, it occurred again while playing Star Citizen. The hardware I replaced is my power supply, processor, motherboard and a very high quality connection cable, but I'm still going to throw the computer out the window because I can't solve this problem.
Exactly my situation. I solved it by going into BIOS and disabling "C-States". You can google you will find easy how to disable C-States on BIOS but in summary enter BIOS, press f9 to activate search mode and write "c-state" probably will be "auto" or "enable". Just disable it and let it run for 1 or 2 days .. if it solves the issue, ti means that your CPU or Motherboard has issue in dealing with C-States. Im still looking on what to do, if i can RMA something or no ... but that solved my issue. I had 11 Kernel power 41 shutdowns in 2 days .. after i changed im on 24 hours without that.

its a windows problem. all of this idiots cannot tell why. you need to reinstall the windows and problem solved.
