- In this part of video i am going to guide you about online UPS. this ups is BPE double conversion online UPS . We discuss About charging section , inverter section, H bridge section.
Working of Online UPS is complicated in comparison to offline UPS . First 220v AC is supplied to Charging Section or Inverter section.
Work of charging section is to charge battery, Then inverter section section also draw power from mains using Bridge Rectifier and capacitor supply isolated or regulated output in case of power failure power draw from battery continues to supply power to inverter to ensure uninterrupted power.

Inverter ka output rating 1225 va hai. Online ups 1kva ka hai efficiency kitni hai utna power add hoga. .suppose efficiency 80%hai 20%loss hai toh 200va add hoga . Clearance ke liye 30% extra chahiye means 300va then inverter needed will be 1500va roughly. Or check full load on inverte .agar 800va ya close aata hai toh theek hai
My office ups is BPE company of 1kva, it shows Overload problem without any output....what is the problem? and what I have to do???

Aviprink thanks for video. Its very usefull video. I want to ask you one question if you answer me. I have numeric infinity ups. Its connected with 3 bettries(36vdc). So after 2 years one bettery is not working properly and i want to remove it. If i connect only 2 bettery(24vdc) and change parameter in ups mannualy(24vdc) then what effect on ups. Please suggest me. Company tell me purchase bettery.
It will be very difficult to change 36v UPS to 24 v . you need to remove many connections or need to replace parts trace parts.
A simple mathod is to put a new battery innplace of defective one

You need to trace Resistor divider of Volt battery.. Try to check R Gnd

I think it is normal to show 85w (same here) put some load on output side then try it won't turn off it self

First you need to check that battery is charging properly with rated current then check for error..
