a cool butterfly effect could be how adrian gonzalez getting a wrist injury as a marlins prospect helped kick start the cubs winning the world series. also helped the mariners end up with luis castillo
A butterfly effect on if David Ortiz never joined the Red Sox would be interesting! Always thought his time with the Twins was a really interesting what if.
Butterfly effect: Wilmer Flores cries after finding out he was traded to the Brewers. Trade gets reversed and Carlos Gomez is instead traded to the Astros. Don't forget the Mike Fiers, Astros cheating scandal stuff
The videos on this channel usually lead me down different rabbit holes that can easily kill the rest of my night. Sometimes longer, and it'll feel kinda like Matthew McConaughey falling deep into a black hole tesseract, when I really should be going to sleep to get up for work in 5 hours.
What if the Glenn Davis trade never happens? (January 10, 1991, Orioles trade Steve Finley, Pete Harnisch, and Curt Schilling to the Astros in exchange for Glenn Davis)
Losing out on Scherzer is what really started us down the rabbit hole via mediocrity. Along with still having 2.5 years on Cabrera’s contract!!!! I absolutely despised the extension when it went down. Would have had two chips minimum if he actually focused on bullpen, signing Scherzer. Illitch, as great of an owner got way too emotional with this decisions.
@@Karmy. never real fan of smokes. But best we had since sparky. Saying that Brady assmuss sucks big sweaty donkey 🍆. Hinch I believe is next level management. We have no business being above 500. He’s playing chess ♟️ all the while others are playing checkers.
That hypothetically means Seager never goes to Texas, and he possibly stays in LA, meaning Betts, Freeman and Ohtani never join the Dodgers as a Trio. Woah.
Something I always think about with these butterfly effect videos wheen it comes to draft picks in sports is that if on this case, Bregman gets drafted by the Rangers he might not be the same player he is now with the Astros. Most sports have a farm system and baseballs is super in depth with 5 levels before you even make it to the show (rookie ball, low A, high A, AA, and AAA.) Every team has them and every team develops their players slightly different. Theoretically Bregman gets drafted by the Rangers and he plateaus out at maybe high A bit because he does it with the Astros he becomes a superstar. I could very easily be wrong but it's just something I think about.
2017 the year on aluminum garbage can should have won MVP. I don't understand why these cheaters didn't get their ring taken away or why people celebrate them how pathetic.
You have to resist the urge to use the word "plethora." It smacks of desperation. There are other words in the English language that don't call attention to themselves like a sore thumb.
Someone hears it, thinks it sounds exotic, and can't wait to sound smart. It's an exhausting word that every hack and gutter trash plebeian tries to use to make themselves feel smart. TH-cam content creators have a responsibility to themselves to avoid sounding like desperate chumps.

Crazy how much the Astros lucked out in that 2015 draft
Bregman was all luck, Tucker was a Luhnow masterclass

12 HR’s and 103 RBI’s is actually insane
Butterfly effect I’d like to see covered. The Oscar Taveras death in 2014 which prompted the cardinals to trade for Heyward.
A butterfly effect on if David Ortiz never joined the Red Sox would be interesting! Always thought his time with the Twins was a really interesting what if.
I always wondered if the release had something to do with PEDs or if it was just a matter of depth. He was worth wayyyy more than an outright release
What if Ortiz never left the mariners organization . Him Edgar Griffey a rod big unit buhner
2017 is basically a lifetime ago in baseball. If they don't develop more talent quickly after '17, they were screwd. Like they are

That trade falling apart came down to Gomez's questionable health, not Flores.
A video about V-Mart? He’s a former Sox Legend!
Why am I not remembering him being on the Red Sox?
Him and beltra
@@GeeEm1313 he was traded in 2009
Tigers legend *

Didn't help when Leyland retired and Assmus was brought in to replace him

hey SRS do you use adobe premiere pro and after effects to do this video, and if so which one do you use for the voiveover
i wanna start making videos like this, how does he edit these?
Do a video about Paul Orlando
It’s so depressing being a Tigers fan.
Feel like this story should be Brady Aiken not signing with the Astros helped kick start their dynasty.
Feel like V Mart is a reason the Tigers underachieved. He was terrible in the locker room.
SportStorm This you?
year 5 of him riding with us actually

@Bernie_Madoff Yea i was like wait, wait..... WTF😂😂😂
Myriad???
I love when people call other people stupid, yet offer no solutions. I wish people like you would go away.
@Bernie_Madoff A word grasped at, in a desperate attempt to sound erudite.

During that last inning I never let up because of the pain from being 1 out away.
