    I'm also on a weight loss journey & gosh it's so hard. Never realised how much I snack until I made a mental note of how much I eat a day 😅

      Don't eat till 2pm. Try going for a walk or gym first thing in the morning that way your body taps into your fat reserves... hope this helps 💜

    Good job Shamsa! I feel like I completely lost the motivation for any weight-loss..I do eat healthy food and non healthy too..portions are a problem and of course the snacking. I am addicted to food and don't know what to do instead of eating 🤪 just like in Ramadan, when I feel so bored that I end up being on youtube planning and getting idead what I can make for Iftar..giving up food is tough.

    Salam aleikum sister, I hope you are doing fine. If I may give you a tip, stock or bouillon is usually not made with perfectly fine vegetables but rather with scraps, so for example in stead of throwing in the entire carrot, just throw in the peel to make the stock and cut up the carrot for adding to the strained soup.     Salam Shamsa, I was wondering if your into cauliflower/Gobi, because i personally been eating cauliflower rice, and have loss so much weight from that. Also cucumbers are my best friend lol. It helps a lot with detoxing and losing retained water in the body. Thank you for sharing with us what you do. I’m not going to lie, I’ve been watching you videos non stop these past days. I admire you for the hard work you put with 7 Kids mashaAllah. I have only a 6 year old mashaAllah, and sometimes because health reasons find it challenging to care for him. May Allah make it easy for us all Ameen

    Try the fit with jo workouts. Mute it and bang the workout you will sweat buckets, also Dina Tokio started a starter workout on her channel both good

      No probs! Not frylight, the other one that's just sunflower oil in a bottle but let's you spray it. It's about 2 cals per spray. I'm calorie counting too atm and it's really helpful. Lidl have it!

    I am on a weight gain situation am just 44kg and putting weight on is so difficult

      Eat an extra 1000 calories a day add proper butter to foods you can also get weight gainer from various sites. My son did this it worked for him...

      @rani nazreen same here sis I am currently also 44kg the most i've ever weighed is 52kg so I've always been slim. I am wanting to gain weight to atleast 8 stones but thats a struggle to get there.

      Sis idk if u like peanut butter, but that helps with weight gain, as well as cheese .
