India and Brazil are both leading biofuel producers with strong biofuel policies and a large potential for feedstock. They are collaborating on biofuels in several ways, including: Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) India and Brazil are working together to produce and use SAF, leveraging their existing infrastructure, growing aviation market, and agricultural resources. This collaboration could help reduce the carbon footprint of aviation and support other Global Biofuels Alliance members. Global Biofuel Alliance (GBA) India and Brazil are working to establish the GBA headquarters and charter by the end of 2024. The GBA is a G20-led initiative with core members including India, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Italy, South Africa, and the USA. Oil and gas India and Brazil are recognizing the trust that Indian companies have placed in Brazil, and are working to increase Indian companies' presence in the country. Trade India and Brazil are working to identify ways to increase trade between the two countries.
