Love bake-off! I didn’t have 12 projects so I started 12 Carolyn Manning projects. I’ve kept up with the stitching so far and Dylan’s project is getting a lot of work hope to see projects others are doing.
Love love love this show! Great idea to link the stitching to the show. Australia also has a baking show with the same format called The Great Australian Bake Off. First season was not very good. Second onwards has been great. These are the very few reality shows I enjoy. I think Canada has one too but I haven’t watched it yet. If you watched back to back then that’s 30 weeks of the year covered 😉
I love that show. Those blue eyes make my heart flutter! My Kitchen Rules might work, too. I don't know if they're still filming, but they already have several seasons on Prime. You'd have to promise yourself not to binge-watch.
This is a wonderful idea. Thank you for working it out. My family is obsessed with Australian Master Chef, so I think I'm apply your idea to that. Thank you again! Diane
ERMEGHERD I LOVE THIS IDEA SO MUCH I WANNA DO IT!!!!! But I will probably do the monogamous one now and the other way next year because of all the things I have right now lol
It's been a couple of years since I watched the show in a couple of years and don't remember much about it so I can start at season 5 (that's the first season on Netflix) to get some of these projects done in a fun way
Let me tell you when you talked about it in your last video I was straight to watch a TV show because I love baking shows or cooking shows in general and it’s just so lovely to appoint that inspire me today to make bread for the first time 😂
I know I'm late to the party but I think I will start from the beginning of the season and try the mongamous way. I'm thinking of using my 2024 Haed Sal as the project. I'll just have to do extra stitches if I'm not getting enough in so that I finish it before the end of the year. I'm currently using D&D dice to pick other projects to work on and stitch counts for them. Maybe next year I'll try the other version of this game. I don't currently watch this show but it sounds like something I need in my life. Thank you
You're sort of like the Milton Bradley of games for cross stitchers, aren't you? 😂. Such a great idea! Looking forward to seeing how your stitching progresses while playing it😊
I love the Great British Baking Show as well as the Canadian one. The Canadian version just started this week. I’m going to play along but I’m going to use the Canadian version. Sounds like lots of fun. Thanks.
This is definitely an idea that I'm going to have to steal, but not for bake off (as we call it in britain) we also have sewing bee (although I'm not sure if that's still happening) and a pottery one called throw down, which is the one I watch, and will be stealing this idea for, when it's back on.
This sounds fun! There's 15 seasons of GBBO, so you could play through different seasons one after the other through the year! I didn't realise netflix changed the name of it from The Great British "Bake Off" to "Baking Show" I wonder why?

The Netherlands also has one.

Is the Canadian version available on Netflix or some other streaming service?
Love it!!
