This is great. AND, this talk needs to make its way to school leadership who focus so much on testing and the ridiculous amounts of standards that focus on breadth over depth.
I've added this to my Watch Later list and can't wait to check it out! Leaders of Their Own Learning was such an influential book in my professional journey. And I still think Austin's Butterfly is one of the most powerful videos in education. - Tim
