If you plan to upgrade go see it in person . These TH-camrs make it look better then it looks . That boxy look was a step down from what made the other models look so elegant
Coming from a Galaxy S22+, pre-launch I was targeting the S24 Ultra this time around. However, the $100 price increase really threw me off. Not to mention, the S24+ got huge upgrades (1440p LTPO display, 4900mah battery, 12gb RAM, 1.6x larger vapor chamber) and is basically a S24U but without the boxy design, no spen, and worse cameras for $300 less. And since this S24+ will be my secondary phone, I cant see the reason to fork over $300 just for the boxy design and spen (although I really would like to have those). The carriers won't give you a discount unless you sign up for a long term payment plan. AT&T requires a 36 month payment plan charging full price then crediting the discount with each bill monthly. If you want to switch carriers, you have to pay the remaining balance of the full price. I won't ever do that again. I prefer to keep my options open so I can switch to something like Mint Mobile if my carrier raises prices as time goes on. It is blatantly obvious carriers want to lock you in to discourage switching.
@@christhompson6010 That verizon deal is just as the first user said. Verizon credits your account each month that you are with them to pay off the device. If you leave early you must pay off the remaining balance or give the phone back.

Everybody know year over year upgrades are pointless unless a particular year had flaws that needed to be fixed like the overheating. Honestly, it’s getting to the point where even every two years these phones are changing much.
I'm debating on going from the 23u to 24p due to storage for $300 to jump to 512gb feels more then worth it. 256gb just isn't enough if you go to a ton of music festivals/big events during the year. Those videos and pics take up a ton of space!
After much thought, I've canceled my order for the S24U. My Pixel 7 Pro will just chill in my drawer (was going to use for the $450 trade-in) and I'll continue to use my S23U.
@@YeFansMalaysiaI recently upgraded from s20 fe to base s23, and it was worth it imo. The cameras are better, and the battery although smaller on paper lasts way longer, and was overall a big improvement over the s20 fe while still having those features people love in Samsung. The s24s will be even better
I actually went through my carrier since i don't really see myself leaving it anytime soon. What helped was that along with samsung $150 credit they allowed my to trade in my galaxy note 8 for $800.
I'm trading in my fold4 for the S22 Ultra. I'm over that phone. The first issue was the inner screen protector which started to peel and now some adhesive is coming out from the hinge and it won't open all the way unless I force it.
Well isn’t Samsung offering discounts? People can take advantage of it, that’s exactly what i did yesterday, took advantage of every discount possible Samsung gave me and i had a sweet deal on my S24U.
I love my s23u. I'm trading it for the s24u at Best Buy. My biggest reason is that I want the flat screen for a glass screen protector. I'm a landscaper and the screen gets covered with micro scratches from grit on my fingers and dust on the screen. And the soft protectors are always coming off. If it wasn't for the S pen I'd go for the s23 plus. Or the 24 plus.
I have an S21 ultra and upgrading to the s24 ultra. I love the fact that with this phone they guarantee 7 years of updates and based on my phone its a huge upgrade. Love the fact I won't need to upgrade for the next 5 years. 😊
I’m upgrading my s20 ultra 😢 I’m keeping it tho. I sold my 13 pro max and got a good price for it. I got the yellow s24 ultra I just can’t let go of my s20 still running smooth.
$650 Is just not enough for trading in an S22 Ultra in very good condition. Was about to preorder, but forget it. I don't care about 'credits'. Samsung is getting greedy.
One thing I wondered after watching unpacked is, what do you think the future plan will be? We will most probably see a subscription based model, but if the features will stop being free at the end of 2025, what does that mean for the S25 releasing one year later? Will it cascade so that the S25 will have free AI till 2026 i.e. two years? Or will they revamp the AI roadmap? Because they may not onboard all these features onto the device using a new devoted "AI chip" as it's more profitable to run a subscription service instead.
I got it in saving money buying it from T-Mobile. Got the military discount double storage free upgrade and got 2 years Samsung plus coverage for $65 I think that's a good deal
I'm glad you said not to upgrade if I have the 23U which I do. I wasn't planning to upgrade this year. I might for the Fold 6 if there are significant changes but if it doesn't I'll keep my S23U. The S24U does have a few things I would use but I rarely use the S-pen. I feel is throwing money out of the window. I don't need the latest and greatest anymore. I got the pixel 6 over the Christmas break and I'm very happy with it. It surprises me because I never like small phones but this one is very good. Good luck to everybody getting the latest Samsung phones.
I am trading in my s23 ultra. Got the 512gb for $506 using the edu offer, $200 accessory credit. Grabbed the buds FE, screen protector, 3 cases including the dark violet leather case & shield case (before you do your phone go to the accessories and add the items you want if you use all your credit skip the credit part of your phone offers and the discount will show up in your cart). I also did the 12 percent cash back through Rakuten and earned $60 cash back. And will end up selling the buds since I have plenty. So all in I probably paid like $350ish.
It looks like Samsung are following in Apples footsteps for steady upgrade improvements. The differences between the s23U and the s24U are practically the same as the changes between apples 14 and 15 pros.. usually they drive innovation..
Still rocking my note 20 ultra and I still don't see a need to upgrade to this but if the Google runs another good pixel deal I think I'll go ahead and get the pixel 8
The 7 years of updates are tempting. But I've only had my 23U a few months, so I'm good with my phone. I do like the fact they went with a flat screen for the 24.
I did the carrier deal with Verizon. Been with them for 9 years. Was a free s24+ for me with no plan change. Carrier deals are just fine depending on your situation.
Traded in my S23+ for the S24 Ultra. I figured the inital trade in deals were the only chance for me to get a good deal on it and it certainly was. Got some galaxy fe buds and a couple of cases plus an s24 ultra for $650 so im happy. Im sure going from the S23 ultra to the 24 ultra isnt worth it for most people though.
Im not interrsted in the AI features so that doesnt bother me either way, but i have pre ordered this. I have a oneplus nord n10 right now, more money to spend this time and when i combine the deals (storage upgrade, 15% off through work "perks" scheme and the free watch (which is something i was in the market for)) it ended up being a good deal for me. As a phone i can keep for a good few years this seems like a good deal
I got the S22U and won't be upgrading. The AI features will come down to me as well so I don't see much of an upgrade to be honest. If there is still a shutter lag then no thx whatsoever. I will be waiting for the Fold 6 instead while getting the Pixel 9 Pro for my main camera instead.
I'm a samsung fan but if Motorola and Oneplus come with similar prices for $600-$700 in their 2024 flagship as they did with their 2023 flagships and you get way faster charging, I recommend going with one of those instead. I had the moto edge plus 2023 that I got for $500, and it was the sleeper phone of the year. I was really expecting the s24 series to be the first android series to inherit magsafe (qi2 wireless charging) this year, and was really disappointed that it didn't.
Who are your sources? I was at the release, and I would have been given that information. I didn't receive that information or see that in any print I read.
I ordered an s24Ultra in Violet bc my 15ProMax is already raw titanium but Idk how I feel about the Switch to the flat display. I had to upgrade out of my s22Ultra bc it has genuinely been a mess, have had it since a week before launch & it has had issue after issue. My s10+ was way more reliable but ik alot of the issues I have were fixed in the s23Ultra but my favorite feature of these phones are the curved display. Yea it makes screen protectors kinda annoying but it's such a nice unique premium feature & I feel like it is a huge L that the s24Ultra is gonna be losing it smh. It also helped to significantly reduce the side bezels but oh well had to do what I had to do unfortunately. I feel like everytime I upgrade I'm downgrading anymore. I'm hoping it just has good battery life, no thermal issues, & the charging port doesn't reject 90% of cables or take 3 hours to charge like my s22Ultra. I will say tho I did not know about the AI 2025 shit & that alone kinda makes me wanna cancel my order. That doesn't even make sense to bake something into software & then later charge for it. It is just like car manufacturers are doing for features you pay for upfront bc they're only available in top trims & then they turn around & charge for after an amount of time. Wtf is going on dude I've been so sick of samsung these past 2 years smh
I'm looking at a possible upgrade from the Z Flip 5. I don't think I'd get the Ultra, costing roughly $600 after trade in; I think I'd "settle" for the S24+ for about $350 -- it seemingly gives most features aside from the S Pen, and still gives upgrades with cameras and Dex that the Flip just has never had. Of course, the "flip" side is to wait until this summer and see what they do with the Flip 6 -- and if there is another (possibly $100) upgrade deal. Would be interested on your take about upgrading from the Flip -- and if you think Samsung will ever fix some of the missing features on the Flip.
I am curious whether to upgrade or not. I have 23 ultra, and like it. I like some stuff (flat screen) about the new s24 ultra. However, if we are forced to use Ai features without disabling them, this is just plain dumb. I don't want to pay extra in 2 year on features that I may not use all that often. Also, if they will carry those changes over to the s23 ultra and make you pay as well, that would suck too.
I'll wait for 2 years. Nothing too compelling in 24 Ultra. As for AI, it's still very nascent and will get better and really usable in a few years. For now, I can write my own messages and don't need AI assistance. Lol
What memory size did you get? the problem with the carriers is the limited options. No one sells the 1TB or the full spectrum of colors. And the price is the highest.
I pre order the ultra in the violet as well through t mobile. With the trade in of my s22 ultra my monthly bill goes down around 5 bucks made it a no brainer
The Pixel 8 Pro offers a better deal with its lower price, enhanced A.I., and the upcoming Bard Assistant. Additionally, features like Enhanced Zoom, Video Boost, and the absence of charges for A.I. make it a compelling choice. The call screen functionality is also well worth considering.
For us, the new s24 ultra is a huge upgrade from the s21. While there are issues w/ them charging for AI features, the site crashing & glitching during pre order etc., & the 2 hours & 15 min I spent on the phone w/ Samsung to place my order all in all I'm happy with the deal they gave us. Their site was crashing & I was getting frustrated trying to order online, so I ended up calling them & getting a better deal. Our s24 ultra's cost us $1,099 each for 512 GB, $97.99 each for the galaxy watch 6 classic, they also added an extra free band each to our order, gave us $100 ex for our phone trade ins, plus other incentives of $ off our order. We only ordered 2 watches & phones & ended up saving a little over $1,200 on our order.
You didn't save that much then. I got over $1100 off with my order and still got 150 bucks of free accessories. And this was for just one phone purchase.
@52fendertelecaster did you trade in your phone & get a great trade in deal? Our issue w/ not saving as much was bc our phones were both cracked & the trade in value for a cracked s21 was $100. So definitely not a great trade in but.... they gave us an ex $100 for each phone for our trade-in. It was way better than it would have been w/ no trade in or just the $100. I knew going into it that we wouldn't save a ton like other people would but... I'm still happy we saved a couple hundred off of each phone & like $300 off of each watch. It was better than it would have been w/out any deals. I'm glad you were able to get a great deal. For some reason, when I signed up for the pre-order, we never got our $50 credit. Never got an email, etc. & I signed up before the cut-off. Samsung was @ least gracious enough to still give us the discount anyways & work w/ us on giving us the best deal they apparently could during the pre order craze on launch day & their system crashing. It was hard to know what deals were available online w/ all of the glitches. One min it would say free galaxy buds pro 2 then it would change to $50, then $150 & same for the watches @ $150, then $175 then changed to $250. It never gave you an option online to add an extra free band. So dispite not getting the best deal during launch w/ all of the craziness going on I'm still happy it was a better deal then I would have gotten struggling w/ their website & the constant fluxuations in price.
I had no issues pre ordering off the shop samsung app. I also didn't get my 50 dollar credit but after reading the fine print, I needed to use the same email at checkout as I used for the reservation. Anyways I had 250 in promo, no idea why people are getting different amounts, but it fully paid for the galaxy buds.@@laurenguthman6671
Yeah you are right, the S24 Plus got huge upgrades compared to previous S22 & S23 Plus models. I was looking at the Ultra as well, but then I thought no way plus they are charging an extra $100. Google gave me $450 for my S22, plus the military discounts and credits. A no brainer
Yeah $600 is trash when they offer the same for the flip 4, flip 5 and the note 20 ultra(which I traded to get the fold 4 in the 1st place lol). Folds have such bad trade in value so I think I'm done buying them.
I'm mad that I didn't wait for the s24 +, only cause of the battery, screeen resolution, ram and size. I only got this phone last month. Wonder if it's worth upgrading?
It’s supposed to be stackable. I don’t know if the issue might be. Website has been having tons of issues and didn’t give me either of my credits yesterday.
I'm assuming that the $50 pre-order changes your credit from $100 to $150 correct? If so I could get my work discount so it would total up to $200. I don't think I'm able to stack anymore though.
@@volcalstone I’m not sure how it impacts the additional discounts. I know there is the $100 credit which is automatic, and then the $50 reservation credit, and then the additional $50 credit with my link, so it should be $200 total. That may be the max limit though. I’m not sure how it impacts other deals and offers.
That's fair.. what about Samsung Care+? I'm looking at $615 for a 512gb with taxes after S23U trade in. Opting for 2 years Samsung Care+ with the $150 credit. I'll get a case separately.
I have finally found a comparison in video and photo between S23U and S24U. The differences are close to zero. Sometimes one is a bit ahead, then the other. The result is not totally surprising. So I'm sticking with my S23U. I would have to pay 700 euros for an upgrade. For almost nothing? Nope.
I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I’m on fence between the S24u or pixel 8 pro. I haven’t used an android phone since the Galaxy S6. Not sure which phone would be best…
They upped the trade in values this year...and the price to go with it. Happy I decided to pick up a Pixel 8 Pro last week. Took a gamble knowing I'd either return it and go with the S24 or feel justified with my purchase.
They didn’t really up it. Maybe compared to last year but not for the last 3 months. For the last 3 months up until the day of s24 event they were offering $1000 for s23 ultras and iPhones 14 pro max. They dropped the 23 ultra to 750 and the 14 pro max to $550.
Trading in my iPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb for the Blue S24 ultra direct from Samsung unlocked. Got the free storage upgrade and got free earbud pros with the 150 credit paid $750 total.
I also had the issue with my pre order. I tried and tried since it was announced. It wouldn’t let me, finally this morning I was able to get it. However I lost my opportunity of store pick up it’s ok but it was so chaotic on their site for so long. 😂
nope oneplus looks to be my upgrade for the 4th yr in a row! I'm just more of a fan of op's look and ui and charging speeds for the price oneplus is imo a better deal wouldnt be surprized it u''ll be able to get a top spec and storaged on pre order plus trading in my 11 for the 12 for 300 or so!
With my S23+ trade in, I'm only paying $716.60 total for the S24 Ultra. The $1299 price is high and I wouldn't pay full price but the discounts are there.
I could care less for AI and I don’t want to give up on my camera phone with a real shutter button. The Xperia 1V. I love my storage options and the headphone jack.
As a owner of s23 ultra I have to said is the best android phone I ever owned, the battery is amazing compared to s22 ultra and close to my iPhone 13 pro max, cámara and all apps works amazing, for $700 sounds good if the celular is on great condition
I dont think its worth it. For one it doesnt seem like a huge upgrade, and two, they are gonna charge for the AI features, i dont think thats right. I dont think anyone should pay $1,300-$1,700 for the phone and still have to pay more money for the AI features. Also the AI features just arent that great, the pixel already does a lot of those things. The pixel 8 pro seems like the much better option, beautiful phone, free AI features, still get the 7 years of support, and i just think you get more for a better price. The pixel 8 pro is only $1,000. S24 < Pixel 8 pro
I'm not sure that Samsung has confirmed any sort of charges for first party or on-device AI features. All we have are a bunch of verge tier headlines spinning entire narratives off of one solitary footnote that in itself can be interpreted many ways.
@@POVwithRC there's no other way to interpret that lol they say it will be free until 2025, which only means one thing. They will start charging for the AI features.

I’ll be upgrading from the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and I’m tired of some stuff Apple is doing, so this S24 Ultra looks light years ahead compared even to the iphone 15 pro max.
1299us, haha, in Vietnam buying the 256b version is not enough, 1450us for 256gb, 1800us for 1tb. I plan to buy it, after I saw the gaming test with low 4x frame rate and 1mil5 antutu score is same as my s23 ultra 1tb, it can't even compare with other snapg3 phones with 2mil1, so I wouldn't buy it, because it's basically the same 23ultra with a little improvement. 😅
The Problem I'm having is with the Trade ins, If I Still to this very day I cannot buy a Z Fold4 for $600.00, then why should Samsung be able to buy mine for $600.00 THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I HAVEN'T PRE ORDERED YET! I DON'T THINK I'M BUYING THIS YEAR! NOT EVEN FOR MY CHANNEL!
8:05 You've been a curve edge advocate? You gotta be kidding right? After much thought, I've canceled my order for the S24U. My Pixel 7 Pro will just chill in my drawer (was going to use for the $450 trade-in) and I'll continue to use my S23U.
Went with the s24+ coming from s20fe. i didn't want the box look and didn't care about spen, or camera. Seems like a win for me.
is it much better than the 23+ ?
S20fe is the best phone in terms of value for money, thinking of upgrade my fe too, but price is too high.
Well it has LTPO 2K display and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. But in europe its exynos so it greatly depends... @@christhompson6010
@@YeFansMalaysia i thought so too but i recently damaged my screen so im all in
My guy, thank you for talking me off the ledge. I definitely do not need to upgrade from my S23U right now.
I actually went through my carrier since i don't really see myself leaving it anytime soon. What helped was that along with samsung $150 credit they allowed my to trade in my galaxy note 8 for $800.
that's a good deal, I wanna keep my Note 9. but do want a 512 upgraded to 1tb. I call in and it's a no go
That upgrade only applies to the lowest gig version 256. They double that to 512gbs. It doesnt apply to 512gbs. They will not double that to 1tb.
They doubled mine
Great video, brother! I'm going to wait until the Mother's Day Sale rolls around. By then, the trade-in value will increase.
With trade-in and a few other discounts I paid $509 for a 512GB Titanium Gray, so I think that's a pretty good deal.
was it 1299 or 1469 ?
How you do that?
I payed 570 Euro's with a 22ultra trade-in
800 no trade in
how?
@@michaellarson6936
I love my s23u. I'm trading it for the s24u at Best Buy. My biggest reason is that I want the flat screen for a glass screen protector. I'm a landscaper and the screen gets covered with micro scratches from grit on my fingers and dust on the screen. And the soft protectors are always coming off.
If it wasn't for the S pen I'd go for the s23 plus. Or the 24 plus.
@effahston6429 Whatever but that is my reason.
I have an S21 ultra and upgrading to the s24 ultra. I love the fact that with this phone they guarantee 7 years of updates and based on my phone its a huge upgrade. Love the fact I won't need to upgrade for the next 5 years. 😊
In the same boat- got the metalic one
I’m upgrading my s20 ultra 😢 I’m keeping it tho. I sold my 13 pro max and got a good price for it. I got the yellow s24 ultra I just can’t let go of my s20 still running smooth.
@tuts4140 Same, love my S21 ultra but it's time for an upgrade and didn't trade it in either
Same boat. My s21 ultra is still a beast and I'm a power user
Let's see if the 7 years OS updates will increase the trade in value.
$650 Is just not enough for trading in an S22 Ultra in very good condition. Was about to preorder, but forget it. I don't care about 'credits'.
Samsung is getting greedy.
Consider giving your S22 a new battery and wait for the S25.
New phone will get a year too
I got it in saving money buying it from T-Mobile. Got the military discount double storage free upgrade and got 2 years Samsung plus coverage for $65 I think that's a good deal
The 8 gen 3 sounds like was 25% (roughly) increase by Qualcomm this year over the 8 gen 2 plus titanium is more expensive to build with.
They should have made the base model S24 256GB especially in 2024 IMHO 😎
That extra 100 bucks is for the AI you get free through 2025. 😂
If i had an S23u, no way i would upgrade. Honestly my S21u does everything i need. ❤
Yes I am but I agree with u that it's expensive.
Same. Shocked that they are giving me $1000 credit for my ancient Note 9. Def time to upgrade.
"Only" paid $599 after discounts and trade in.
Nice
I broke down and bought one. Google Fi was selling it for 649 for the 512 GB version of the S24U. It was too good of a deal to pass up.
why ı cannot see?
When I heard they will start charging for the AI features end of 2025 I'm keeping the S23 Ultra. Actually the S23 Ultra has also optical 10x lens.
Love your videos Adam. Still enjoying my plain Ole, reasonably sized S23, all thanks to you!
Would you recommend this over the Google Pixel 8 pro I'm looking at both phones at the moment and I'll be coming from a one plus 10 pro will
Who are your sources?
I'm skipping this go round, just doesn't appeal, A.I. is just fun for a day. Back to basics.
S23 ultra will have the ai features when the 6.1 update hits not worth the upgrade at all lol waste of money
I'm keeping my s23 ultra
Great content. When you get your s24 ultra. You might change your mind or maybe not. I'm holding on to my s23 ultra until the s25 ultra.
Apps already charge for their use and others don't. I'm sure AI apps will pop up for free while others will charge for their services.
@52fendertelecaster
did you trade in your phone & get a great trade in deal?
I'm gonna stay with my ZF4. They're only offering $600 as a trade in. I'll see what the ZF6 offers.
I ordered mines through tmo and got 1,000 for my s23 ultra. Just paying 319.00 and straight up paid for
Nice
Affiliate link didnt stack for me, chat assist kept telling me it was not stackable with $50 reserve
You tried it in the Shop Samsung app? It has historically given the most credits.
Yeah, the max it would let me do was $150 and I did the reservation and I used the link here
I got the ultra, 512 gb, buds 2 pro, a case and a screen protector for 680 with taxes.
Would you consider that a fair deal?
That's fair.. what about Samsung Care+? I'm looking at $615 for a 512gb with taxes after S23U trade in. Opting for 2 years Samsung Care+ with the $150 credit. I'll get a case separately.
@@carloscardenas9660 Yes, I got that as well🙂
I have finally found a comparison in video and photo between S23U and S24U.
Will the S24 Ultra be a big upgrade from my S22 Ultra Exynos version?
They upped the trade in values this year...and the price to go with it. Happy I decided to pick up a Pixel 8 Pro last week. Took a gamble knowing I'd either return it and go with the S24 or feel justified with my purchase.
They didn’t really up it. Maybe compared to last year but not for the last 3 months. For the last 3 months up until the day of s24 event they were offering $1000 for s23 ultras and iPhones 14 pro max. They dropped the 23 ultra to 750 and the 14 pro max to $550.
Samsung screwing over the preorder ppl. Past 2 years, they have multiple better deal than preorder. Don’t preorder right now.
Ya think its worth upgrading from my s10+?? I think its finally time
Samsung S24+ is available in India with Exynos 2400. Is it worth upgrading from the S22 Ultra ?
With my S23+ trade in, I'm only paying $716.60 total for the S24 Ultra. The $1299 price is high and I wouldn't pay full price but the discounts are there.
Finally upgrading to S24U from Note 10 plus. Hopefully I can keep this phone for 5 years.
I could care less for AI and I don’t want to give up on my camera phone with a real shutter button. The Xperia 1V. I love my storage options and the headphone jack.
The 10x zoom will eventually show up. It's software driven
How much is a battery replacement is a good question. 7 years that battery wont be holding a great charge
I have the 10 Plus, should i upgrade?
Do you recommend going from the pixel 8 pro to the s24 ultra?
Tbh upgrade to the s23 ultra save lot of money get same features like ai on s23 ultra when the 6.1 update hits
Coming from an s20+ would you go s23 ultra for $700 ish or go s24 Plus/ultra
As a owner of s23 ultra I have to said is the best android phone I ever owned, the battery is amazing compared to s22 ultra and close to my iPhone 13 pro max, cámara and all apps works amazing, for $700 sounds good if the celular is on great condition
Go with the newest model you can afford
I didn't realize that just the Ultra had went up $100
I'm trading in a POS phone and getting $1000
of which I will get 2/3 of before doing early upgrade so I'm not too worried about $100😊
I’ll be upgrading from the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and I’m tired of some stuff Apple is doing, so this S24 Ultra looks light years ahead compared even to the iphone 15 pro max.
Which would you recommend the fold 5 or the the s24 ultra
S24
@@The_Brimada that’s what I’m leaning toward
S24U or Kobe, is pricey
But 7 years software update, flat screen, something that really nice improvements.
If you preorder a 512gb, you get higher memory of 1T... Which is another 300 eur less. It is absolutely worth. I am getting it. My S10+ is dying.
8:05 You've been a curve edge advocate? You gotta be kidding right? I'm a staunch advocate for flat screen. 1:12 This future potential fee is understandable when considering the fact that it cost the company to put the Ai hardware and software together to work efficiently on a phone. 2:38 The new Ai processor (Snap dragon 3) and all the new Ai software tools actually do justify the thirteenth hundred dollars increase.
Im going from the regular s21 to the s24 ultra got a 500 credit on the trade with a 24 month payment plan I think its a great deal also I needed an upgrade lol
I am keeping my Z Flip5. The S24 Ultra did not do enough to justify the price increase. It looks like the base models are the ones to go for.
The price is perhaps not worth it but the S24 Ultra 4K 120fps and 8K zoom video wipes out dead the P8P that's for sure !!
From Samsungs Terms of Service - *Galaxy AI features will be provided for free until the end of 2025 on supported Samsung Galaxy devices. Different terms may apply for AI features provided by third parties
I'm upgrading from the S21 Ultra, so I think I'm in for a real treat with the S24 Ultra. Though the AI stuff does seem a bit gimmicky. I'm really excited for the camera.
I strongly predict that sales on this device will be poor at best. I had the S22U. Then here comes the S23U. It wasn't selling as well so they increased the discounts. I pulled the trigger and got $950 off. No brainer. But what I'm seeing here, no way Jose!!! All of the Ai stuff has got them crazed up.
Wait, I didn't see anything about the AI not being free after 2025!!!! WTF
Wow this must be a first: in the UK the (normal) 512 and 1tb versions are £50 LESS than last year, sorry to hear theyve gone up in the US. At least you've still got better tradein deals...🤬
