Can't stand her. The worst contestant on the show, and the least funny by a far margin. The duel task is a perfect showcase: instead of creating an "exhilarating duel" she made up stupid rules to make it extremely boring just to make sure she wouldn't lose. I've seen her in other shows (particularly in 8oo10c does Countdown) and she's always a sore loser.
It’s funny to me how Bridget came into the dueling task (& every task) dressed for a Wild West shootout, & then proceeded to do something completely different & unexpected.

The hardest I’ve ever laughed at this show was the still image of Judy under the black light! That was so unbelievably funny, it gets me every time I see it! 🤣
To be fair to Ardal there were duels with tons of objects. It wasn't always the aim to hurt the person in a duel it was more about the "humiliation" of losing. Sure the duels we all think of are pistols or swords, but those are just talked about because of the lethality of them. I think the fact that he went traditional with the glove slap, issuing the challenge before it actually commenced and also giving Alex the option of "weapons" makes it a wonderful duel.
To be unfair to Ardal, the star of the most exhilarating rock-paper-scissors duel ever brought to television, which might also be the only scene I actually remember from the entire run of My Hero, should've done better.
Finally! For the past year I have been rewatching old seasons and avoiding the highlights from new seasons so I won't be spoiled when full episodes come out.
FINALLY. One of my favorite series. All five contestants are a delight to watch in their own way. I hope Judi Love can come back for a redemption series.

I saw an isolated clip of Ardal saying “it’s just the noise that blue makes” long before I watched the episode and even then I didn’t even question why his face was covered in lipstick or the odd words he was saying because I knew what Taskmaster does to people
Usually with this show I have to warm up to the contestants and by the end of the series I love every one of them in a different way but this series I love them all straight away!
It's so fun going back and watching Alex's first interactions with Bridget at the start of this series and just knowing what's to come.....How she's just going to slowly erode away any patience he has for her later on 😂
I am so thankful for this series to finally be releasing on TH-cam. Taskmaster got me through the pandemic and continues to be one of my favorite shows.

My absolute favorite show! I wish my friends here in the states knew more about it, I'll see funny things that remind me of other episodes or seasons or say little inside jokes or quotes about them and they just think I'm insane when I start laughing for no reason lol

@@FussyPickles actually, I've watched all of the seasons and re-watch them. this one popped up because I have the bell notification on and I was saying I love the show not just this season/episode, I found all the seasons funny. if you hate it this much why come here and troll the comment section to try and make you feel like you gotta big dick,

To be fair to your friends, making inside jokes only you understand in front of them and cracking up about your own funny, little observations no one else gets is very much the definition of "clinically insane".

I love how she had NOW 24, apparently full of 90s hits, but when made to guess what was on it she picked musicians who were arguably more tied to the 80s than ths 90s.
I love it when there’s a cast I don’t know very well and they turn out to all be fantastic right from episode 1. Such a brilliant show.
