That’s very interesting. I have that very same motor and a 52 V battery on my Ristretto 512 bike and I could only reach 40 MPH Did you do something different in the settings on the app?
So you reach top speed off 47mph on the phone, That is impressive especially With Aventon Adventure, a bike which has almost eighty pounds of weight, That is very impressive, And if you use the 72 volt, you're probably gonna reach 57mph😮, Great build , The only thing left is to zip tie and clean the wire up, Cable management, And will be perfect.👌
I do not do that often. Normally I am a trail rider. This was only testing the setup. I do not ride fast normally. The cost involved is close to the 5K and going up for 1K since I am changing wheels, Tires, Brakes, transmission. I will have the video with upgrades soon.
@@luigiprovencher yes. I am waiting for a new wheel to eliminate the one with the motor. I already ordered. It take 2 months to arrive, is one with a heavy duty hub because the regular will be bend by the motor torque. It should be here In about 3 weeks.
Hmm surprised your only using a 52v battery with a cyc gen 4 really should be using a 72v because your never going to hit the optimal on a 52v battery becauae a 52v battery can never reach the 5400w optimal of the gen 4

@@shahensayadian9253 the motor was warm. I did 51mph. I will have the old motor that is another 20 extra pounds.
Can you set it to show motor watts on the display or phone app?
@@OneCosmic749 absolutely
How much did the complete set up cost with bike. Man you are gonna get pulled over bro and it’s gonna get impounded.

Tom brown park FTW lol
In Mexico !!
Why does it sound like that?
@@luigiprovencher like what? That is the motor sounds.
@@DIY500AMP It doesn't sound good in the beginning when you took off.
@@luigiprovencher that is when I am pedaling.
So you had to get ride of the rear drive motor then?

@@DIY500AMP So how much does that cost?
Would swiping out the knobby tires for street tires make any difference in performance?
Yes of course. What happens is this bike will be used for trails mostly. I was only testing the motor and new battery cells performance.
Careful...those are not speed rated tires😮
@@vikingblood5775 I completely agree. I need street rated tires.

@@talosdarkbane2432 yes it does. I built a 72V 20S8P as well. Also I have a 17S3P with JP4 and 13S4P. My 52V does over 6200W
That motor will burn out
Not really. This motor has been tested more than 8000W
