It is true that India does need a little more of the socialist inclination but capitalism in itself as a whole is not evil, on the contrary, when any country is absolutely socialist, communist or the like it becomes the embodiment of evil as seen in multiple examples throughout history, like Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia, later day Prussia, and even the current atmosphere in Canada and china are major examples that gives a lesson to me more moderate than to be too left or right leaning.

Sir for a learned person like you would know that Law is never static. If preamble could have been amended at Indra's time, so it can be now.
Assuming your point to be true, then even the Preamble amendment at Indra's time stands nullified.
