Hajj subsidy is a public policy issue. All modern governments (except few like Iran, Israel, Vatican), have adopted a secular or non interference policy as to any religious matter. Government should not give any subsidy or monetary help to ANY religious activities. United States constitution is the best in this matter. Subsidy for religious activity is a sweet poison for the state and society.
Sir I have completed my B.A. in Ycmou (open university). After passing 10 th standard exam I appeared for preilminary exam of ycmou and also completed my graduation from open university. Can I elligible for llb course of 3 years. Or is there need to complete 12 th standard. Plz sir send me information.

Subsidy for the haj applicants is a bogus business. Muslims do not need and want subsidy. Doing haj is not mandatory in islam for those who can not afford. So there is no question of subsidy.
