About two months ago your videos came across to me then I started watching and learning some of your primal movement exercises since then I finally could feel my core strengthened also no more lower back sore, obviously it's about consistency and when I don't have time to do one of your sessions so the pain returns however not so chronic as it used to be. I am nearly in my 40's after practicing lots of different types of sports such as football, swimming, running, cycling, workout and along with that accumulating a couple of injuries I have to say natural movements training has improved my fitness condition a lot. Thank you so much for sharing such a valuable stuff and hopefully I may keep progressing my body mobility. Cheers

These routines are what allow me to stay generally pain-free and moving well so that I can also continue to lift weights, run, jump, climb, and feeling free to move at almost 40 years old. Daily movement practice like this will keep you in a good relationship with your body 👍🏽

I want to ask you one more thing, if you don't mind: can you make a video about elbow recovery and strengthening or point me to it if you have already did? Like I said, I have some problems lie chronic tendinitis, and your videos are helping me a lot to get back to a good lifestyle.

Hey Alex, these routines can be done any time. I recommend 30 minutes per day (most days) of movement practice like this - not quite a workout, but simply moving your body mindfully for mobility and health.
Please do not stop to make these! It's absolutly awesome to free my body from a long day at my deskjob! Thanks a lot!

11/4/23 incredible practice, the rock ups variation is still my favourite sequence, now relatively calm
Thanks Kellen. I'm post COVID and trying to build back up. The combo of breathwork and these short practices help a lot. Soon to add in Qigong.
