    I always think my workouts are intense until I periodically come back to this video to remind myself I can always go harder than last time! Legs is a wierd muscle to work bc the mind gives out before the legs actually do. If you can take yourself to that place where you just ignore it and push past the pain until your legs are numb, they will grow for sure!

      Don't copy this workout, go for 4 quality exercises of 3-5 sets. Then u can work hard and still recover as a natural lifter

      As a natural lifter you definitely should train intensely just dont do 9 different leg workouts

      I did this and i swear to god i cant get off the toilet. I got like the flu from being so sore in my legs. Swear to god if you feel stuck on legs do this and you wont walk for a few days.

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

    I've been doing hams first in my leg workouts for years because all that knee flexion warms up the knees for all the squatting, lunging and pressing later in the workout.

    Wow. Im start dping hamstrings 1st then do the squat/lunge super set from now on. I dont know what my max is. But I did 135x10, 185x10, 225x5, 275x3, 295x3 and did 2 sets of 300x3... Good video
