    if u put a steel rod and push the brake pedal bout 2 inches, it will create a vacuum and only fluid from brake line and caliper will leak and not the rest

    I’ve been watching your videos for awhile now and I cannot wait till I buy this car as my first car since I’m turning 17 soon and I’m going to do all the modifications you did. Keep up the great work!

    I have the Rays Sport wheels and the offset is horrendous. Was planning on getting spacers but was worried about the treading. 5mm spacers should be fine for the threads even in the long run?

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes 5mm is fine. 8mm got a little iffy.

      You have the rays q50 wheels or the rays 370 staggered set?

  • @rasavong
    @rasavong 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Why don't you get long threads...nice video

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Don’t really need them. I mean the 5mm spacers get me flush enough. It’s not really worth getting extended studs for 3mm more-at least for me.

    What brand did you go with for your brake lines?

  • @armandogomez2677

    Is there another link for the brake lines?

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are other variations out there. Z1 sells some as well.

    Hey man, in your vid you put link in description, however there's no link lol

    Hey man, thinking about buying a used 2015 q50, what do you think is too high in terms of mileage? Thanks and love the channel btw!

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depending on your budget I wouldn’t hesitate to pick one up with 75k miles

    How many bottles did you end up using? Would 4 quarts be enough?

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      4 quarts of brake fluid? That’s a lot. I used 3 bottles I think. They aren’t quarts I don’t think.

    • @bn4241
      @bn4241 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SpeedCultureStudios I'm doing a BBK conversion and want to flush out the old fluid using the OEM lines. Then bleed it out again once the new lines and calipers are on.

      @bn4241 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      On your vid. I saw that you did 3. I am not sure if I need to use 3 as well. Wanting to confirm.

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bn4241 you don’t need to use 3-they just say that it takes pushing 3 through to get rid of the old stuff

    • @bn4241
      @bn4241 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SpeedCultureStudios I'm sorry. What do you mean by pushing 3?

    Hi There, may I ask where did you buy the hub centric spacers?

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes-sorry forgot to link it. They can be found on eBay. Just make sure the bore opening for the hub matches your hub (should be 66.1) and that the outside diameter of the lip matches the opening of your wheel.

    Paint your calipers red

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No thanks. Not a fan of red-and literally everyone has red calipers. I went with black on purpose. I mention it in the video that I pained them black
