Do you walk on a treadmill? I find I can walk really fast on a treadmill and get my heartbeat up to the level that burns fat, makes the heart breat and increases Vo2, without bashing my joints. If I try walking at the same speed outside I have to run to do it.

I took her on Saturday evening to a water park and she was so happy.🎉 We start school Weds Aug 14th so Summer vacation is just about finished. We have been off school since May 24th. ❤
Wow you get a long summer how fantastic. Is H happy to go back to school. My daughter has become so much more confident in the water and swam 10 meters so pleased. She was jumping in and the water is well out of her depth. We have tried all sorts of swimming lessons but none worked because she didn't follow the instructions 😂😂 Yes I'll have more space in my bathroom cupboard 🎉🎉
@gettingtidy2495 She would say she isn't ready for school to start, but I believe she is. She's getting bored around the house and wanting to see her friends 🧡 That is wonderful for swimming for her. H has been in lessons since she was 3 yrs old, and now she is a fish, actually all 3 of my kids are. They LOVE the water!!! Well I can't wait til you get home and start on round 2 decluttering. ☺️🎊

@@ChaosOrganised no, outside on our farm track ... If it's muddy, too hot or humid, I prefer a walking video so I can use my arms too.
