I think that Boruto is the only one with a Joagan eye, as Hinata might have carried her byakyugan eye to him. But, when Momoshiki implemented his karma into him, maybe Momoshiki’s visual prowess merged with Hinata’s byakyugan genes. Because the Joagan eyes has three powers that Momoshiki and Hinata have, which was the rinnegan( dimensional transportation), sharingan ( reading movements, and byakyugan ( seeing chakra points and weaknesses). Some people would argue that it might just be the tenseigan , but the tenseigan isn’t capable of dimensional travel.

I have a theory that his Jougan gives him similar ability to the byakugan but it is far more advanced. As mentioned in the clip, his Jougan is able to perceive and sense in different dimensions. There should be no presence he cannot sense since that eye is most likely a dojutsu of Otsutsuki. He will most likely also be able to summon or move presences between dimensions. He did something similar with the unique summoning that was destroying the village. In short, Borutos Dojutsu might make him reminiscent of Kaguya. Just my opinion
Well the byakugan is stronger depending on the user that's why otsutsukis could see the future with their byakugan and boruto has basically the same power with the jougan so I feel like it's safe to say that its like a byakugan on otsutsuki level

It's hard to make the Jougan powerful without just making it a copy of already existing Dojutsu. Kawaki’s eye already seems way better and more unique. plzz pin me, I have a good theory on jogan's ability. I think jogan's ability is to fulfill needs with no limitations if their is no other ways possible. And I have proof to prove my theory, remember the nue arc, when boruto had no other way of defeating nue jogan showed nue's critical chakara point to boruto. In the same arc when boruto had no other way of getting back to his village from nue's dimension jogan showed him the way. And when nue attack the hidden leaf it had the ability to absorb chakara and sumire was able to help nue grow stronger so the leaf ninjas created a barrier to prevent nue from absorbing chakara and still nue was growing stronger and was breaking the barrier boruto had no other way and jogan teleported nue, sumire, mitsuki, and boruto to nue's dimensions. And remember boruto was the only one able to see the ghost in this arc because of jogan. Their was no other way so jogan helped him. When fighting momoshiki, we all know boruto was no where near the speed of momoshiki but he was able to keep up with momoshiki and was able to dodge an attack and strike him. I feel like there should be and ability in Naruto were you can control time (besides the Turtle and madars eyes etc) but in the sense of like you can freely stop time rewind it fast fordward it etc and he should have like Psychic ability

Fillers are story arcs that are used to bridge between canon arcs, they aren’t as important so they r kinda not canon, unless they tie in to the main plot. And anime only’s are story arcs or specific things that aren’t in the manga, but are canon regardless. Like how in the Dragon Ball Super anime, Vegeta turned SSJB Evolved and UI Goku beat Kefla. But in the manga, Vegeta never turned Evolved and GOHAN beat Kefla. They r both canon, just slightly different continuities. Do u get it?

plzz pin me, I have a good theory on jogan's ability. I think jogan's ability is to fulfill needs with no limitations if their is no other ways possible. And I have proof to prove my theory, remember the nue arc, when boruto had no other way of defeating nue jogan showed nue's critical chakara point to boruto. In the same arc when boruto had no other way of getting back to his village from nue's dimension jogan showed him the way. And when nue attack the hidden leaf it had the ability to absorb chakara and sumire was able to help nue grow stronger so the leaf ninjas created a barrier to prevent nue from absorbing chakara and still nue was growing stronger and was breaking the barrier boruto had no other way and jogan teleported nue, sumire, mitsuki, and boruto to nue's dimensions. And remember boruto was the only one able to see the ghost in this arc because of jogan. Their was no other way so jogan helped him.
When fighting momoshiki, we all know boruto was no where near the speed of momoshiki but he was able to keep up with momoshiki and was able to dodge an attack and strike him. Their is no doubt jogan fulfilled his need because their was no other way for boruto to keepup with momoshiki. And when fighting urashiki boruto had no way of dodging urashiki's teleportation attacks and at the exact time jogan activated and showed him from where urashiki is going to attack. And urashiki called jogan troublesome eyes. That will perfectly match with this ability
And Remember jogan never appeared after boruto learned to activate karma, because karma had the power to over come every threats shown in the series until now.
