Try light roasted coffee you will taste fruity flavor from the coffee beans. But again,it depends ont he origin and the post harvest process and how the roaster develop the flavor during roasting process. 👍👍👍

It's like wine tasting. You have to draw in air with a swallow, to taste it better. Try it next time you have black coffee.

Actually, with a good paper filter it's not necessary, it doesn't have specific smell at all.
