  • Watch the video on using the Epson print head clog cleaning syringe attachment. This is a last resort type product. You can damage your print head by putting too much pressure through it, so make sure you use this when all else fails. Use this with the magic DTG clog cleaner

    And once I am done cleaning the printhead, does this printhead have to get dried in 24 hours, or can I just use it for printing, just right after cleaning?
    And as far as 911 solution goes, it looks like you have to heat it before cleaning the printhead, but can I just use the 911 solution without heating it? because my office doesn't have any microwave or something like that...

    I was trying to remove the printhead from the printer, however I am not a technician and I don't have any manual to do it, so I decided to clean it just on the printer. My dtg printer is IEHK Printer based on Epson model according to the supplier. Can you please let me know how to clean the printhead with cleaning solutions I purchase without removing it from the printer? Thanks.

    Hello, thanks for the comments. By the way, what's the difference between 911 clog solution and magic DTG Print head clog cleaner? They are all same products?

    Thanks for the tutorial. Is this for an anajet or an Epson? Your link below to removing the actual print head is for an anajet. Do you have a video showing how to remove the print head of an Epson f2000?

      We are working on that. Getting an F2000 next week so we should be able to film a few different repairs.

     Garment Printer Ink I didn't know about the shipping policy because it was my first time ordering items at Garmentprinterink.com. Is it possible for me to purchase more items in order to meet the requirement for free shipping so that the amount of $26 or something that was already paid can be waived or refunded? Thanks.

    I have DTG Printer based on Epson system. In order to clean the printhead, should I remove the printhead no matter what?

    • @GarmentPrinterInk
      @GarmentPrinterInk  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      removing the head does make this easier - the goal is to revive a head that has an issue. If you don't try everything you can it's going to be garbage. So taking it out gives you more control over flushing each channel.

    Just received my cleaning solution and followed your video instructions, I notice the solution is leaking from the sides and not the nozzles. How can I bond a nozzle plate back to inkjet printhead and if possible, what would you recommend? - Thanks!

      If the fluid is coming out around the side you pushed to hard and broke the seal. We have never been able to get an epson head back together working after this happens. Sorry

    I am asking you this because you have the printhead soaked in the cleaner and what I have known is that you must not touch the bottom surface of the printhead... I really would like to purchase it but I would like to know right instructions of using the cleaner.. Thanks...!

    • @GarmentPrinterInk
      @GarmentPrinterInk  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is myth. You can touch the bottom of the print head, you don't want to dent or scratch it or rub it with something abrasive of course, but you most certainly can clean it with a lint free swab and soak it.

      Great - the 911 is a little stronger than the clog cleaner. Both work really good. Free shipping starts at $150 or more. Print head does not need to get dried - in fact the faster you can put it in and get ink through it the better. You can use either of the solutions heated or non heated. It just works better warm and anything does when you are cleaning ...right? thanks for you order....let me know how things go dean 631-858-0114

    • @TheAFactory

      it might not be a clog but the head failing. If you can't push any liquid through the head then yes, it's a clog that nothing will fix, however if you get some spray or waterfall, then it might be an internal issue

      @@seanpaul445 If you can push fluid through the head but it doesnt print, it could be a few things.
