      @@AquarianAngel Jokic got MVP 2 years in a row. In the 90's? Hakeem Olajuwon would take Jokic's lunch money everyday lmao. Oh and Shaq would absolutely destroy Jokic
      I like Giannis a lot but he lacks fundamental footwork. He works so hard for his buckets doing euro steps and all. He worked out with Kobe but he would REALLY benefit from working out with Hakeem Olajuwon. I believe Giannis is and will the best player in the NBA cause he continues to improve each year.
      DeRozan is having a breakout year and was in the MVP conversation for a while. They call him a "old school" type player cause his midrange game. His game is nowhere NEAR Michael Jordan's level
      John Stockton and Karl Malone run the pick and role better than anyone other tandem in NBA history.
      Gary Payton was a REAL defensive player of the year. This year we have Marcus Smart who is an embarrassment. The only thing I hate more than a ball hog is a FLOPPER
      The NBA players that succeed are determined by the Rules. Eliminating hand checking was the biggest difference. Players no longer have to be strong so they can focus on speed and flashy moves.

    @ericmathis3746 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Umm.. Barkley averaged 26pts and 14 rebounds that year.. someone asked me that I were to choose my all-time starting 5.. Barkley was my pick for power forward..he told me "that proves you don't know basketball".. I asked who his PF would be and he said Tim Duncan (which I knew he would).. I told him to list things that Tim was better at than Barkley, he first listed scoring, I said that Barkley averaged 26 points a game while with the Suns, and 22.1ppg for his career, while Tim Duncan never averaged more than 25 points per game, which he only did once and averaged 19ppg for his career.. He then said rebounding, I said Barkley is one of the greatest rebounders of all time, his nickname was 'Round Mound of Rebounds
    for a reason...he led the league in rebounds multiple seasons. Something Duncan never did. He then said better passer.. I told him Barkley averaged four assists a game for his career, and averaged more than 5 assists per game twice. Duncan averaged three assists per game, never averaging more than four assists in a season. I then told him there's one thing Duncan is better at, and that's all around defense. So if you need to go out there and get rebounds and buckets, while also setting your team up as a power forward, there's no one better than Barkley in that position PERIOD. Yes, Tim Duncan has five championship rings, but he was coached by, in my opinion, the second greatest coachof all time and was surrounded by Hall of Fame talent throughout his career. BTW, here's the rest of my starting five:
    PG: Magic Johnson
    SG: Michael Jordan
    SF: Lebron James (reluctantly)
    C: Hakeem Olajuwon
    * I really wanted to choose Larry Bird as my small forward, because there was only a couple players that is/was as clutch shooting the ball with the game on the line.. he was an absolute assassin, and only Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant can be considered more clutch in late game situations.

    • @tomlind861
