The pl should have put rules in place to stop this when lower league teams started doing it.
UEFA banned this 10 years ago
How is this legal ? All non football related things don't count when you spend so why does it count to sell ?
If Newcastle were selling hotels and their training ground to themselves, Simon would go out his way to say to say it was damaging the game.
Are the houses owned by chelsea ?
I highly doubt it.
PL clubs had the opportunity to stop profit from selling assets (like properties) contributing towards PSR and chose not to👍🏻
Newcastle looking at Chelsea with disdain. They are exploiting all the loopholes they thought they could use before the Prem shut them down
Not sure any clubs will need to meet PSR ever again if they are allowed to get away with this sort of nonsense. Real double standard appearing between big clubs and others
It's not against the rules so cry harder
You're missing the point - none of this is against the rules. If the FA didn't want these types of sales included, then why do their rules no forbid it?
@@MaterLacrymarum the best part is they had the option to do it.. but not enough clubs voted for it.. I wonder why? Maybe they plan to do the same..
@@CJ4YRD If it's not against the rules, why not? Honestly, the FA are so incompetent.
What other club has assessoria it can sell?
The way I like Simon
Which guy here is that stefan
Unlucky Stefan 😂😂😂
They should investigate Man City
He just doesn’t like the fact that city never thought of it , I think Clearlake are far more savvy than a journalist like him
I'm not defending Borson, but what makes you think he's a journalist? He's not a journalist.
This guy been coming on and slating chelsea saying they’re gonna fail ffp for 2 seasons now and yet he couldn’t predict wolves, forest, Everton twice, Leicester all failed ffp and at every turn Chelsea come up with something he didn’t foresee at all. This guy is as much an expert as Paul Merson talksport stop having this clown on he is embarrassing ye he hasent a notion on what he’s on about 😂😂😂 he’s been quiet on city too oh wait he worked for them. Bet he knows all about how badly they breached every rule. He is a clown. End of 😊
EPL or the FA have no right to determine what is and what is not fair market value. This is tremendous and more inserting themselves of how clubs should and cannot run yheir businesses.
Give Palmer #10 next season
Can a club pump and dump GameStop or a BTC/Crypto and get around FFP?
They will sell after end of the seaon..raheem,fofana,chillwell
All gone...
Stefan IFRS 13 is always subjective
Asset stripping is class 👍🏻👏🏻
This is more like asset flipping between Chelsea to Clearlake. Surely it makes a mockery of FFP when owners are just moving assets around their own company instead of being forced to sell them to a true 3rd party.
So according to Stefan only 114 to go?
This Steffen guy you can hear the hate for Chelsea in his voice guy is going to come and cry in the corner
So cool that you guys let a man city mouthpiece on to trash other teams and make up bs, guess talksport is goin broke
The 👶 will be out here complaining about City & Chelsea, just give them this...🍼
This has nothing to do with football. More like a business education. 👍
They could have sold the property to a 3rd party with no issues. They sold it to the football club
Going on about 24/25 now, what happened to the past 4 years? he’s been going on about us being relegated to the national league for years now, get him off ffs, concentrate on your club being charged.
Should get a good reporter like Ornstein on
