This episode reminds me of Luca being selfless in season 4. He gave garlic to Natasha and butter to Jessie when they needed it. And he still became Masterchef.
Fun fact, in Malaysia, corn is used in many desserts, including cakes, pudding and even ice-cream.

I think the most interesting and difficult test would be with beets. It is a sweet vegetable in itself, but at the same time its taste is associated primarily with salads, meat dishes, but not with an independent dessert. And corn - even if you've never tasted corn in dessert - everyone knows about popcorn and you can play from it
I have seen people use beet juice as a natural food coloring for desserts, but I have never tried it as a main flavor in a dessert.

Also other Dr's who share his views are Dr Phillip Ovadia a heart surgeon, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Robert Kiltz an OBGYN, & Dr. Anthony Chaffe a neurosurgeon. I would highly recommend watching & may explain why these health issues are even happening to young individuals too. Maybe I'm not modern, but I really don't like serving Becky's shrimp dish. In general, I don't like it when something inedible is placed on a plate from which you have to somehow pick out the dish. In addition, the shrimp heads themselves look quite ugly and occupy a significant part of the plate

Having children can be complicated. Especially for Christine's eyesight problem i can imagine, both of them will have basically another job to take care of and not able to focus on their life together. That's why i see they have a dog to take care of. I also see lots of couples today just enjoy their lives together, away from the society standard of having to have children.

Christine is rather very, very, very visually impaired. She is able to distinguish between light sources see blurred silhouettes, etc. There is no emptiness/darkness in her eyes, if there is such a representation of a blind person. Perhaps it is more correct, but from the point of view of a more simplified understanding and marketing, representation in the masses, including it is easier to call people with such poor eyesight blind. Because visually impaired is a very very extensible concept
She is blind. Only ten percent of blind people see nothing at all. Most blind people have some level of visual perception bit it depends on their type of blindness.
She has said her vision is like a foggy mirror after taking a steamy hot shower. So she can still technically use her eyes, but the vision is extremely bad. And only a small amount of blind people can’t use their eyes at all and just see black.
