For those wondering, they did started from the very beginning of the episode but ran into so many disconnections on stream that they restarted their computer

56:12 Yes, Vtubing does mean virtual youtuber. I guess they have a hand cam and their avatar on screen and it shows their hand movements while they're cooking.
whenever I have a steak out somewhere, I order it well done... because they ALWAYS under cook it. so, I end up with something more medium well or medium. if you go in and ask for something less than well done, you get something much closer to raw. (no, I don't usually have a steak dinner at a *really* nice place... maybe on special dates or other occasions)

I don't meant to be rude here but I extremely hate boys vs girls or girls vs boys, it is somehow a gender discrimination for me.
I love these videos of your steam of rewatching the 3rd season of masterchef 10 years later. I remember watching it on air 10 years ago and my favorites were Christine and Josh and was thrilled when they were in the finale.
