Body-Shaming is awful. People who are "big" or "skinny" get body-shamed all the time. This needs to stop, and we need to spread awareness
Seriously, me and my friend are tend to be bodyshamed, I'm on the heavier side, my friend is small and considered to be skinny but she is still one of the most beautiful women out there. But the stories she told me bout the guys she went on dates with, they would ask questions on why she is so skinny and assumed that she has a disease, and she also experienced a guy saying how she is pretty but would be the bomb if she has more meat on her arms, boobs and butt. INSANE!

Coming from a person that used to be obese. The more people bullied and annoyed me about it, the more i didn’t wanna lose weight out of ego. I never lost weight when people told me to, i lost weight when i didn’t tell anybody and felt the need to do it myself.
The best way to encourage someone to make healthier choices to figure out what they like first, for example if they like talking and being out in nature sometimes, you can ask if they’d like to come out with you for a walk and talk at the same time. You can talk about your accomplishments in your new gym and talk it up so that they get interested. You can sometimes bring them healthy food to show them healthy food can be tasty and talk up the benefits. Giving tips on things you found out for yourself can be beneficial to them (like: i found out pineapple is really good to eat as it increases the digestion process).
Taking a tone of coercion sometimes doesn’t help the person if they are sensitive and you know it. It all depends on the personality of your friend and what u know they can handle.
Be helpful, not hurtful. Be cooperative, not coercive. Speak with tact, not attack. And lastly communicate with empathy, not apathy.
I wish all the people in my life knew this & a lot of ill speaking humans adapted this.

As someone who’s also struggled with weight I could not agree more with this comment. It is so counter productive when people have a go at you and completely got in the way of me being able to slim down for myself. I feel like I would have been able to do it a lot sooner if people didn’t give me such a hard time.

She is a very intelligent and bright girl, as well as , very much tolerant .She's probably the most level headed and rational person in our family . She is not someone who'd make up a story in her mind . I believe he was cheating on her and wanted to get rid of her. So he used this excuse as a way to hurt her so that she won't question him anymore . My sister is a very quiet person and values her dignity a lot . After he said it and broke off with her , she didn't tell any of us family members . Later she tried to overdose on sleeping pills . My mom stumbled across her that very moment and afterwards she was taken to the therapist . She still hasn't opened up completely about it to people , it's hard to believe that it's "just her side of story" .

Rebal, when you're fat, people rarely return compliments. The script is pretty accurate. I've gone out with my sister who is fit and beautiful and I've noticed a huge difference in the way strangers treat us. It's awful.
