    Ricambio con piacere e ti faccio i complimenti per la passione e competenza con cui tratti le Twizy!!

    Very nice video, @Mincu Mircea . Do you know if the battery for Twizy 45 and Twizy 80 are totally compatible? If I interchange them, should I have any error or problem? Shall I reprogram anything? Do you know if the BMS is interchangeable? Thanks a lot.

      Ningun problema hombre! Se puede hacer! Las baterias son todas iguales....

      Las unicas cosas che non se pueden cojer da un otro coche (carro) son: sevcon 4, UCH, imobilisador (llaves)

      The batteries can be switched without problems as they are the same for the 45 and 80 version... the motor also is the same but the Inverter is different....the things you can't change from a Twizy to another are: sevcon(Inverter), UCH (little black box above the headlights), electronic immobilizer with keyblock....

      If you take all this pieces that belonged to the same working Twizy's and put them on another will work...all other pieces: charger, instrument panel, battery, BMS, electric motor, airbag module, airbag are plug and play spares....can be used from one Twizy to another...

      @@electrikmirk7828 Thanks a lot. My target is to buy a battery from 80 version and finish the contract of the renting battery for my 45 version. Which I don't know is if Renault will remove the pack (battery+BMS) or only the battery... I will ask for it. Thanks a lot in any case

    Hi! Can you please tell me how to check the TVS diode in this battery? Thanks

    • @electrikmirk7828
      @electrikmirk7828  ปีที่แล้ว

      With a multimeter....you will have a high resistance and switching a low one....or reverse....

      @@electrikmirk7828 Thanks for the super fast response!
      If the multimeter in the diode test mode shows zero, then the diode is faulty? When the polarity is reversed, it is also zero.

    Be careful man. Shivers when you're touching the connections. Wrong move and you're dead.

      Sorry if my comment is not appropriate. I don't want to contradict your comment, but is it really so dangerous? If I'm right, the maximum power voltage is 54V (we can say 60 V). Is this correct, or maybe is there any voltage increase? If I'm not wrong, power at home is generally at 220 V (alternate, of course, and not in continuous), and it is painful, but not causes dead... Maybe the main problem is that direct current is more dangerous... Can you clarify if this is the case?
      In any case, I totally agree with you that best way is to avoid any risk, use gloves, isolated shoes,....

    • @electrikmirk7828
      @electrikmirk7828  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In this case there is no electric shock danger....but you have to consider other type of risks... damaging the litium cells can be dangerous...uses liquid chemical reactions that unstable can lead to fire or explosion...

    • @electrikmirk7828
      @electrikmirk7828  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Always talking about the Twizy....is not valid for other EV's where you have to use special equipment to avoid electric shock....for example moast of EV's have more than 400 volts on the high power end....

    • @woolensock
      @woolensock 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Still, 54V and 350+ amps gives a nice punch.. I pull 330+ amps on my Twizy on full acceleration, so I know the battery is good for it.
