- I have a week to prove to my wife that the Twizy can be the perfect replacement for the Mini to partner our Tesla Model 3.

Brilliant video. Very funny but a great review of the cars abilitys at the same time. As an hgv driver the trucks overtaking you and you failing to keep up was hysterically funny. Also really enjoyed seeing the whole family involved in a video.

Absolutely! With our busy modern lifestyles, most of us don't have the time to handwash our cars at home. A prerequisite for any car we have is how it copes with a carwash. Often there are little tips that can help with this task, as sometimes there can be problems with the automatic front wipers, or the rear wiper blade. I'm sure the "hermetically sealed" [quote] interior will be fine 😉. All those potential Twizzy owners need to see a carwash video - you owe it to them as an influential EV journalist

Just a question of speed here. The wind deflectors around the mirrors do quite a good job of keeping water droplets out as long as the little jumper is moving. But the best feature is its pressure washer proof interior, you can just blast everything clean.
I actually take my twizy through the carwash all the time no problem.

This is, for me, hands down the best video I've seen from you. Love the inclusion of your family. It gives a lovely spin to what you normally produce. You are definitely punching above your weight in respect to your lovely wife! Obviously, you don't really want to keep the Twizzle and your family aren't going to EVER be convinced to use it long term but... The electric Mini is out there, just waiting for your wife to take one away. That's got to be the way forward, hasn't it?

I have the same problem when I put solar panels on my roof, we decided to start less polluting. So we bought a Hyundai Kona 64 for my wife and the long journey and a Twizy for me and for the short grocery. In fact we realised that it was a great economical solution because our fuel budget was definitely lighter than ever and we saved a lot of money.

My everyday car since 2012. I sold my combustion engine and bought two Twizys, one for my wife and one for me. Both Twizys now have around 90000 km on the clock!

Great video! I’ve had a Twizy for 5 years and for one of them it was my only car, so the weekly shopping run bit made me chuckle, I know it very well! (and the plastic-seat-farts!).
My fiancée doesn’t drive so the Twizy is simply no fun for her, especially in winter. She loves the Model 3 and also bathrooms!
Perhaps you can come to a compromise with your wife and have a Twizy-themed bathroom?

Noticed the Windows...did those straps and hooks come in the kit as mine only had Velcro ones - come away from plastic in summer heat.
