- This is a Walk To The Great Orme in Llandudno Wales. We were on a coach trip with the Nottingham Mechanics for a few days In Llandudno. On our free day when not touring around the area, we did this walk around and up on to the Great Orme. From the summit there are fabulous views over the Conwy Estuary and the North Welsh Coast to the Isle of Anglesey.

What a treat that was Ivor. Brilliant photography of a very beautiful place which is one of our very favourite places and you had lovely weather too. You captured the Great Orme in all its glory. 👏👏👏 loved that 🙂🙂

What a beautifully put together film! We loved the music you used and this had a very cinematic feel to it. Brought back lovely memories for us, we use to camp just outside of Llandudno a lot when we first starting dating, in fact Pete asked me to marry him on a hillside not too far away from the orme!🥰. We have walked up the orme many times, such a beautiful place, we have never been lucky enough to see the goats though so thank you for sharing those!🐐👍. Shell and Pete, thankyou for your kind comments, it's always great when a place has happy associations attached to it, and as with yourselves Llandudno is one of those places, especially on a beautiful day when a goat 🐐 kindly walked across the bay in front of me.
I tend to use music throughout my films, mainly because I haven't plucked the courage up yet to narrate or put my not so devilishly handsome face on camera yet, 🤣.

The filming, content and music combines to make that a wonderful watch.
I love some the effects that you use, such as when the camera zooms out as you walk way.
And the telephoto zoom into the pier is awesome.
And that goat was the star of the show (apart from you of course mate). What magnificent creatures they are.

I couldn't believe it when the goat came along and started walking along the edge with the blue sky behind, praying it didn't stop. It's definitely is the 🌟 of the show.
I'm still getting used to my new camera after I managed to brake my old one, takeing a chance away from a stand alone video camera to a bridge camera, which has an amazingly good zoom on it.
If you get the weather, the great Orme takes some beating, and well worth the walk up.

I went for the sony rx10 iv after reading every review there is 😊 and have not been disappointed.
I went from a sony 4k camcorder to this, as manufacturers seem to have stopped makeing them, and if id wanted to replace it with another camcorder (sony) it would have to have been a 2017 model.
Technology moves on so I took a chance on this, having always wanted to be able to take pictures as well as video,.
I can now zoom from 24-600mm which is incredible to me.
The auto focus is brilliant, locking on and staying with a subject as it moves in photo mode, and is always in focus, and In movie mode the focus is flawless with no dithering.
TH-cam videos will tell you more I can, but from my own experience I can't recommend it enough.

Definitely some interesting places to see in Wales. Legit, this is the first time I've ever said "Wow" while watching a goat walk by. I bet if you ever get around to doing a video of Portmeirion it'll be nuts! You've got quite an eye with that camera of yours. Also, that was a LOT of windmills off in the water there.
Wales is brilliant to explore especially when the weather is as good as it was on this trip. During lockdown the goats came into town as it was so quiet the usual crowds were not there to deter them. The goat wandering across the scene in the video was totally uncaring as to our presence. There are many places now where as here in the Irish Sea and off the North Sea coast there are lots of wind turbines. Both coastal areas have extensive shallows which are perfect for these "Wind Farms". They now make a substantial contribution to power supplies.

The inspiration for Lewis Carrol`s Alice in Wonderland books, Alice Liddell, used to holiday in Llandudno. The town makes much of this connection with many art works/statues based on characters from the books dotted around.

It was a great few days with really good weather. The summit of the Orme gives amazing views worth seeing over and over.
