This talk is what a Nantan does. This type of conversation between 2 men. This is the way. Thank you Joe and Dark Helmet.

I’ll be participating in my first Spartan Ultra in October. F3 is the reason that I started participating in these events, and the main reason that I’ve been able to accelerate my physical growth to get to where I am now. I could not have done it without my brothers of the gloom.
I’m all in for a Costa Rica F3/Spartan event!! I’ve got at least a dozen guys from my region alone that would join for this collaboration.

The concept of the loop, or the persistent dwelling on negative thoughts, as discussed in the "mental health and the usefulness of therapy" section at 14:10, is incredibly accurate. Many people are unaware of the detrimental effects of incessantly "talking" about their problems with therapists, psychologists, family, friends, and others. This repetitive cycle can be harmful and damaging. Occasionally, the motivation for therapists and psychologists may be financial gain, which is a significant point to consider. The notion that "a cured patient is a lost customer" is indeed troubling.
