If you wanted to reach companies outside of India, I would suggest you reach companies in English speaking countries. German companies would expect an email to be in German.
Istead you could attach a lead magnet in the form of loom video which you can use one video of your which look personalized for your niche discussing what the problem you niche okr recent clients are facing and how do you solve that or had solved.
