Nice video review! I literally just received the 720 yesterday and I love it (having used a little Ditto pedal looper for a few years now). The 720 is perfect for the 5 or 6 loops I'll use with my band. But I'm already thinking down the road a bit..... and having 20 stored loops vs. 10 might be nice. Good vid. Thanks
The 1440 only has midi in, not midi out, so it can't be used to send midi to another pedal. You could use a device to send midi to both the SL-20 and the 1440.

Aeros is $550 more expensive lol. Good thing that it can at least overdub because most other features aren't implemented yet, according to the manufacturer.

No, unfortunately the midi input is only used for synchronizing with other devices.

Gotta say, I sprung for the foot switch but it seems pointless.
No metronome is really frustrating. Will try midi but for the price should have a metronome built in to keep track of time

Yes, it automatically saves the loop into the slot you have selected. There are 20 selectable slots with 24 minutes total of recording time.
