I have a Harvey lemon so just way more cold tolerant, I bring her indoors every year and this is my first winter, I overwintered them so well a lot of them kept most flowers and started flowering
The Arizona sun can be extreme for my citrus trees. A recent monsoon broke off a large branch from the trunk of my 30 year old lemon tree. I saw the same type of 3rd degree plant burn on the area around the open wound that held the branch. I want to reduce the shock of my tree losing such a large portion of itself and the information you provided will be helpful. Thank you for taking the time to publish this video.
IV Organics 3 in 1 helped my Satsuma mandarin that was being attacked by a boring insect. It really looked like it was dying, now it's coverd with new shoots and leaves. My key lime, however, did not make it. I think it was sunburned and I didn't realize it until it was too late. Wish I had printed the trunk eatlier.
That 30+ he old tree is AMAZING!!! So my question is this. My hubby bought me Eueka Lemon tree ORGANIC gift...can I grow it in a pot and keep it small? Any videos to guide me ? Or should I return for a DWARF VARIETY, which it is NOT. ThanQ💚💚💚🍋🍋🍋
Hey Bud, important question. I live in FL zone 9b and I have a Eureka Lemon tree I bought. It's pretty small and had fruit (which I cut off before they got ripe) to help the plant focus on growing branches and I pruned back some foliage that looked out of place. My question is, what's wrong with my tree? I've had it for like 2 or 3 months and it has NO new growth at all. Nothing. The leaves from turned light green to dark green and made me think it's okay...and it's not dying at all... I've given Epsom salts monthly and just fertilized with Organic Citrus Fertilizer also have even piled on mulch (wood chips, leaves ect) and am thinking of putting down alot more compost. I'd really like to see this tree form as its the only tree in my yard so far (new house built)
Hi Charles, that's a beautiful Eureka specimen. I look forward to using your product on my trees. Do you spray the underside of the leaves or just the top side and trunk? Also, whats your take on using hydrated lime whitewash for diseased areas? I understand the French used this for hundreds of year but I've heard it can burn the leaves. I've only used it on bare trees in the fall months.
Hello fishinbite, Thank you for the compliment! :-) I would recommend applying the product to just the upper side of leaves, trunk and branches. IV Organic helps prevent sunburn, sunscald, repel many insects and rodents, too. I have hear of using lime, but have never personally tried using that product. Many of the 7 natural oils used in IV Organic have anti-bacterial properties too. Let me know if you have any other questions! Charles :-)
Hello Tortaboy, How did people survive without sunblock and antibiotics? They did, but when disease came, your chances were slim that you would make it. Similarly, today, plants are grown in non-native areas and pruned in non-natural ways. The goal with IV Organics is extend the life of trees by protecting them from sunburn, sunscald, insects and rodents. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me! Charles :-)
MANG MIMI Hello 👋 California? You mean Lisbon or Eureka, right? Those are the most similar; but, Lisbon is considered more drought & freeze tolerant... so my vote is for Lisbon! Charles 🍋👍

How long would you leave a string on a branch tied to a stake to make it grow out?
Nice video
For a semi dwarf tree, what is the average growth rate per year?

Is it too late to prune our trees if our trees already have fruit & flowers?
How were plants ever grown before IV organics?
