[길거리 토스트 레시피]
1. 에어프라이기로 냉동 만두(4개) 180℃에서 10분 정도 굽기
2 달걀(2개), 채 썬 양파(10g), 채 썬 양배추(10g), 채 썬 당근(10g), 송송 썬 대파(10g), 소금(1/2작은술), 맛술(1/2작은술) 섞어 달걀물 만들기
3. 달걀물에 구운 만두 으깨듯 섞기
4. 팬에 마가린(30g) 녹인 뒤 달걀물 부치기
5. 달걀부침 2등분하기
6. 팬에 마가린(30g) 녹인 뒤 식빵 굽기
7. 팬 한쪽에 마가린(30g), 황설탕(1/2큰술) 녹인 뒤 식빵 한쪽에 입히기
8. 식빵 위에 달걀부침 올리고 황설탕(약간), 토마토케첩(적당량), 허니 머스터드(적당량) 뿌리기
9. 각각의 토스트에 슬라이스 치즈(2장) 올리고 식빵 덮은 뒤 2등분하기

[Street Toast recipe]
1. Cook frozen dumplings (4) at 180 °C for 10 minutes in the air fryer
2. Make the egg mixture using eggs (2), julienned onions (10g), julienned cabbages (10g), julienned carrots (10g), chopped up green onions, salt (1/2 tsp), and cooking wine (1/2 tsp)
3. Mix in the roasted dumplings into the mixture and mash them up
4. Melt margarine (30g) on the pan and cook the egg mixture on it
5. Split the mixture in half
6. Melt margarine (30g) on the pan and toast bread
7. Melt margarine (30g) and brown sugar (1/2 tbsp) on one side of the pan and coat one side of the bread
8. Place the egg on top of the bread, sprinkle some brown sugar, and put some ketchup and some honey mustard
9. Place sliced cheese (2) on each toast, cover it with bread, and cut in half.
