[치즈 떡볶밥 재료]
떡볶이 떡(2개), 떡볶이 양념(3T), 다진 양파(20g), 다진 마늘(1t), 밥(250g), 날치알(4t), 모차렐라 슈레드 치즈(70g), 슬라이스 체더치즈(1장), 식용유(적당량), 김가루(약간)
[치즈 떡볶밥 레시피]
떡볶이 떡(2개) 얇게 썰기
웍에 식용유(적당량) 두르고 다진 양파(20g), 다진 마늘(1t) 볶다가 떡볶이 떡 넣기
떡볶이 양념(3T) 넣고 잘 풀어 가며 볶기
밥(250g), 날치알(4t) 넣고 볶기
볶은 밥 고루 펼친 뒤 모차렐라 슈레드 치즈(70g), 슬라이스 체더치즈(1장) 올려 뚜껑 덮고 녹이기
김가루(약간) 뿌리기

[Cheese tteokbokbap ingredients]
Rice cake for tteokbokki (2 pieces), tteokbokki sauce (3 tbsp), diced onion (20g), minced garlic (1 tsp), cooked rice (250g), flying fish roe (4 tsp), shredded mozzarella cheese (70g), cheddar cheese (1 slice), some cooking oil, some laver flakes
[Cheese tteokbokbap recipe]
1. Slice the rice cake (2 pieces) thinly.
2. Add some oil to the wok and stir-fry the diced onions (20g) and minced garlic (1 tsp), then toss in the rice cake.
3. Add the tteokbokki sauce (3 tbsp) and loosen the sauce paste as you stir-fry.
4. Add in the rice (250g) and flying fish roe (4 tsp) and stir-fry.
5. Spread out the fried rice evenly, top it with shredded mozzarella cheese (70g) and cheddar cheese (1 slice), then close the lid to let it melt.
6. Spray some laver flakes on top.
