My favorite yoga ever. 23 minutes a day for 6 months straight made me grow an inch at 30 years old. Watched on FitTV, bought DVDs, sold DVDs, now bought Cyber Monday downloads....been wanting to hear the soft soothing voice connected to the best yoga flow patterns out there. I use to do namaste Yoga back when it was on DirecTV on fittv.I love this yoga and still do missed it when it got cancelled now I'm glad I found it here on TH-cam. This is a great workout to do when you need to find your center and is a great workout.
This is my favorite yoga series. My husband and I would watch it all the time when it was on TV. We miss it. It's one of the most relaxing yoga shows with high production values. Just by chance I thought "what if I can find it on TH-cam" and here you are!

Loved this. It was the only Yoga TV show that I could tolerate. No other was completely soothing. Found it when I needed it the most after I had my child. Glad this episode is here.

I have been do I g Yoga for several months now. I found an on line instructor I really like, but I always look for other classes just to see what all is out there. Let me say your classes are wonderful. I now have two sets of classes to choose from.
I been practicing Namaste Yoga for over 5 yrs. Bought the videos and found that the problem was with the packaging, The glue from the seams got on the edges of the DVD making it not playable. I'm still able to play one of them since I cleaned it but it still skips. Happy to have these on youtube.

I have a clearing in the woods..... that actually is the ghost town of Clubb Missouri.... 300 acres on the edge of the Ozarks. We are looking for someone that would be willing to perform this for our community.
Why are left and right the wrong way round in all these videos? When they say left foot forward, the right food moves, and vice versa. Ie, 13.10........its like this in al the videos.
Make you camera person keep the camera in One position where we can see exactly what each position is supposed to really look like. The constant swinging of the blasted camera causes nausea and headaches. Plus we never know where we are supposed to be for the next position until half way through the time for the position.

Have used all of the DVD series, really liked the breath and i could keep up, my wonderful daughter purchased them for me as she always called when the TV Namaste Yoga was on. The DVD's didn't hold up as they should have, my daughter has purchased me 2 sets, only 1 disc works now. Didn't tell her the 2nd set has issues as well. Do not like the season 3, stopped the routine after the warm up. Too fast couldn't follow, felt rushed. Will not try season 3 again, very disappointed. Was looking forward to some more,yummy yoga, now I guess I'll look elsewhere. Just thought you should know. From a loyal viewer's perspective, your losing a viewer.
