DEALERS CAN'T SELL: The Car Market is STUPID

- As we approach 2025, dealerships are still holding onto a staggering 2.2 million cars and trucks from the 2024 model year. While some buyers may be waiting for the 2025 models to hit the lot, the surplus of 2024 inventory presents a golden opportunity for those looking to negotiate a great deal.
In this market update, we’ve identified the new cars with the highest remaining 2024 inventory, focusing on vehicles that are slow sellers and thus ripe for negotiation. These models are facing competition from incoming 2025s, which means they are likely to be offered at steep discounts as the year-end approaches.

We keep seeing video after video, big deals, prices slashed, eager to sell. Last Jeep Ram we visited, packed with vehicles. Every single one had 10,000 added to it (two weeks ago), even 2023 models. So we went for fun to another one last weekend, same thing, sales guy said they don’t take any off. He even said none of them have any incentives. So we laughed and left. I am still waiting for someone to make a video of the dealers who are slashing/making deals, now that would be a great video!
Totally agree! I have been shopping for a month and absolutely no dealers out of 8 is offering any deals. Incentives yes but they all put market adjustments on them. Nissan won't even talk about a discount. I don't know where this guy is shopping but I wish he would name the places that are giving these deals
@@gerbearjones6056 You are right, same info daily, we’re in the northeast, we haven’t seen any, in a 4 state area, offering deals, slashing etc. they either have add on’s or 5k-10k markups with zero off msrp.
Dealers are not eager to sell them. I have a Frontier that is 9 years old, I want to replace it with another, Dealers are simply not doing deals.
Jeep Gladiator 13,000+ on autotrader. Yet, I try everymandriver and there isn't even a jeep dropdown, do I have that right?
Sometimes a manufacturer doesn’t participate during a particular month. Either they don’t have any special offers of there aren’t any qualified dealers in your area. Expand the zip code option.
Two things I noticed: The market is oversaturated with trucks and the high prices are killing them.
Nice try guy. Dealers even now are asking WAY above MSRP for 2024 generally.
Do not buy any car until trump wins , if he doesn’t win then do not buy
😂😅
My small local GMC dealer has a very small inventory and does not make deals. Its why I go somewhere else.
Nothing on that list seems to have long term reliability..
Exactly all low tier junk models
They are all too expensive.
Some of these cars will never sell they are JUNK
Dave let's go to Wendle and make a deal on a new Ranger Raptor......What do you say pal ?
I tried to get a 2024 titan and they refuse to come off there high prices. They will not negotiate
Me too!
List these dealers ur talking about!!!!

Scotty's a punk LOL
I don’t think the brand or model has any thing to do with it. New cars and trucks are now too expensive for the average person. We are in or are entering into a recession in spite what we are being told. We are being told the economy is great while mass-layoffs are happening. People are holding on to their money not knowing what their future holds. These monthly jobs reports that come out are fake or are a manipulation of reality and people are catching on. It is much worse than what we are being told.
The market isn't stupid, it's refusing to pay the absurd prices. It's the automakers and dealers who are stupid.
I still like Toyota's, Lexus, Honda's, Subaru's, New BMW's, and Madza vehicles. I wouldn't buy any of that other CRAP or JUNK, even if it was 1/2 off the MSRP price. MAGA
Dealers are not eager to clear out the 24 's yet as factories are still making 24's on many makes and models ..last year they made the 23's until Dec/ Jan.
The only way I would buy a newer Honda is if they were not sitting for a lengthy time and has only been out of the factory less then 30 days.
What about the long term reliability of Nissan or GMC trucks?
People are shying away from high cost and high interest..most can barely keep up with their rent or mortgage, why buy something you dont need. Nah, i will keep on driving my 2004 Buick lesabre. Had it for 4 years, at a very good price and already paid for itself. The rest is gravy...
this guy is out to lunch he must be a dealer
Yep... I've got the biggest dealership in North America LOL
@@everymandriver..🤣Hit me up ..I'm looking for a new Toyota Land Cruiser. My local Toyota dealer has six of them on the lot and all of them are sold.😞
If I could get a deal on either of the Hyundai models I'd take it.
