BUT think Coleman's the killer who tried 2 kill N. L asks "What do we do now?" Grey responds "U go home, Officer Chen & don't think 4, 1 sec, u failed. A woman is alive b/c ea of u gave ur ALL." L of course tells Tim, she can b in bed by a cer time, when Tim tells her "That'd b a mistake. Aftr working a hard core assignmnt like this, u need 2 go & blow off of sum steam. Its the only way u'll get sum sleep 2nite." Whn Lopez shows up T says "This is useless, I need 2 kick dwn sum doors." & sudenly walks off, dwn the hallway & says "I'm just blowing off sum steam." Lucy told Tim 2 exercise & says she just wants 2 help. Tim knows her heart & thanks her. SO...I would venture 2 guess, that... LUCY WAS DEFINITELY HELPING TIM!!!! Helping him, '2 BLOW OFF SOME STEAM,' from the day he had!! ♥️ LOVE IT!!! ♥️🔥

At the end, they were flirting!!!! When suddenly Lucy said, "You owe me!!!!" Tim had this huge smile on his face!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️🔥🔥🔥 I don't think Lucy was studying for the exam that much that nite!!!!! But of course, they had 2 end with Nolan & Bailey!!! It's beyond irritating. They station scene was short. They could've gone to Lopez & Wesley & back to Lucy's with Tim & Lucy.
I get the scene with Nolan, Celina at the cemetery with Celina's mom, BUT it was dumb that they ended it with Nolan & Bailey!!!!! They should've gone back to Tim & Lucy's!!!! Lol. It basically seems like they're living together!!!!! I loved that in the beginning she said, she tried to wait up for him. And how easily she called him Babe when he showed her his wound on his shoulder!!!! BUT...no, they have to ruin the ending constantly with Nolan & Bailey

Harper reassures her & tells her an Officer shooting interview is very thorough.& adds "Tim's fine." Whn he came out Harper says "Let him talk 2 Grey 1st." Tim did seem a little fearful, whn Grey says "I'm sure u'll b cleared in no time." Tim just says "I hope so?!!" G reminds him "Just b/c he wanted 2 die, dozn't mean it wzn't dangerous?!" Tim says "I know." & again w/ Lucy, whn tells him, mayb he should work out b4 going 2 bed. Tim tells her it isn't his 1st time. But he sees that Lucy is wanting 2b helpful. Tim did an extra time off!! The nxt ep, he wz rested & baking pancakes.Tim had gven Lucy good advice, after their 32 hr shift of taking Rosalind 2 the 3 burial sites, w/ her intention being they'd also find 2 of Caleb's kills. Lucy asks Grey "What do we do now?" He tells her 2 go home & 4 them 2 not think they had failed cuz a woman wz alive b/c of their hard work. Tim told her, after a hard core assignment that she needed 2 go & blow off sum steam, in order 4 her 2b 2 sleep. I think Lucy, wz clearly trying 2 help Tim blow off some steam!!!! 😂 He wzn't cleared 2 go bk 2 bk 2 work til the nxt ep whn Isabel showed up. Whn Isabel & Tim were walking in, he welcomed Tim bk!! Isabel asks Tim & he tells her. I'm SURE it wz BENEFICIAL 4 Tim in more ways than 1!!

@@thomaspowell7468 They say they're 'boring'. I'm not exactly sure what they want them to be doing to catch their interest. It's ridiculous honestly because they don't actually have a valid reason they shouldn't be together. They just want drama.
@@toryjasper3857 None of his relationships were toxic actually. That's not the issue. The issue is that she's a "Mary Sue" and pretty much a caricature. Mary Sue characters are perfect at EVERYTHING, have no flaws or weaknesses, and have overexaggerated talents/powers. Tell me... what is her storyline on the show? What is her purpose (not job) besides being Nolan's love interest. She still appears everywhere randomly. And her presence feels very forced. It's like they shoehorn her in. If you remove her scenes, it has little to no impact on the storyline. In a 40ish minute show, with 11+ characters, that is valuable screen time wasted. It is irritating. It could have gone to a MAIN character.
And NOTHING about her personality do I like. There's an underlying smug, pretentious, bragging air about her. The only reason viewers aren't coming after her with pitchforks is because Fillion carries the scenes A LOT with his natural humour. She is just "there".
And the other issue is that they don't have any chemistry together. They may have "friendship" chemistry, but romantically there's nothing. No palpable believable connection. People are just used to seeing her around so they don't know any different now.
AND, she's a very inconsistently written character. And their love story is nothing to root for. There was no slow burn. Their love story wasn't earned. In fact it was RUSHED. She was shoved in our face and down our throats.
I could go on and on.
But the thing that bothers me the most is the lack of *convincing* chemistry. Good chemistry can save a story. It makes characters enjoyable to watch. I promise you, this is not good chemistry.
They go through the MOTIONS of how a couple "acts" if they were a couple, but there's no connection behind it. It's hard to explain. I just SEE it.
So you don't think I have any "valid reason". I'm even restraining myself from writing an essay.

I'm loving Chenford. They seem solid and can handle anything thrown at them. I'm also starting to like Bailey with John. She's taken some time to grow on me but after the episode with the clown doll and coyote pup under the house, I started to like her. She still wears too much make up, but, I'm starting to like her with Nolan.

I love and adore Tim and Lucy. I have missed such a healthy relationship and it was worth the wait for so many seasons for them to finally be together. Nevertheless, I miss the atmosphere in the first seasons and the action that focused on the cops, the roadies. I couldn't tear myself away from an episode and relived each one. And now, and I'll probably be alone in my assessment, I can't watch Celina. She lacks the humility of a recruiter, openly defies the opinion of her superiors and thinks that everything should be her way. She doesn't know her place and is nowhere near the recruits of the first seasons.
Celina is starting to annoy me too. There's very little humility or willingness to learn. The whole woo woo feeling vibes thing is getting exhausting

Agreed! Her disrespect towards Tim in this episode is more than I can handle. She yells at him, take the phone without permission (he was in charge of the op) and runs towards the house overriding everyone telling her not to. But most annoying is they NO ONE corrects her. I love Nolan but he is too soft
Thank u thank u thank u 4 saying what u DID!!! B/C I'm a Chenford fan, BUT as a show, I rewatch a ton of eps from S2, S3 & sum from S1. I SERIOUSLY love the rel'ship Nolan & Harper built!! "Guardian & Warriors" is 1 of my favorite eps. Nathan & Mekia Cox as partners struck gold!!! I LOVED how suddenly Nolan would tell Harper off!!!! And seeing how they slowly became close & think they hve 1 of the deepest rel'ships. Don't get me wrong, romantically, no, I LOVE Nyla & James. I love the trilogy, of S2 w/ the last 2 eps: "The Q Word," & "The Hunt". The Q Word, is 1 of the most jam packed intense & like edge of ur seat eps!!! Of course it ended w/ S3 E1 "Consequences." I love the ep, when Harper & Lucy are paired 4 a day, where Lucy is both angry BUT ultimately is challenged & encouraged by Harper. When she told Lucy "Not that 1" H could suddenly c Lucy wants 2 hit her & says "Come on." And when she told her "Now Tim might b a great TO but he can't teach u how 2 fight like a girl & when H tells her "& when u are alone w/ a suspect, 'ur thots can't be, oh my, he's bigger than me." That ep is what started their deep bond b4 Caleb. At the end, she says, "U got what it takes 'Not Nolan'" L lol says, I know u know my, name. I heard u call me Chen bk at the house." It wz H who said, "She's NOT dead." & went on 2 say "I know I hven't known Lucy as long as the rest of u, BUT I know she's a fighter & she's gonna do whatever she can 2 stay alive til we can get 2 her." Then when they were dealing w/ La Fiera & Stanton. Yes, that fast paced & sadness of that 2 pt & cliffhanger of S3. We knew Lopez wz taken. BUT not til S4 Ep1 did we know that Jackson was taken 2 but shot & killed.
I wz SO angry this S w/ the ep of Lucy's 1st UC working w/ Harper & Lopez & w/ Tim & Thorsen. Almost HALF of the ep wz about furniture, Bailey & Celina talking abt why B didn't feel at home!!! And honestly Celina can't sleep & felt ok, I'll go & sleep at my TO's?!?! Tim stayed overnite in Lucy's hospital room after Caleb. But Tim didn't c L again til she wz coming bk 2 work. It wz why Tim asked N at, 1 pt how is Lucy really doing? Nolan, Jackson, Lucy & Thorsen wld've NEVER dared 2 ask their TOs if they could stay over b/c they cldn't sleep. Lopez told J 2 go 2 his parents' when he got evicted & Bishop, Tim, Lopez, & Harper wld've NEVER even let it get that far, not 1 iota. Bailey, I'm sorry is not much different 2 Celina. They don't hve chemistry. Watching N w/ Grace, u c their chemistry. I almost wish the actress who played Bones wasn't his ex wife, they wld've had better chemistry than Nolan & Bailey.

I think people are just so used to seeing her, that they don't know any better.
He had absolutely amazing chemistry with Beckett on Castle, and great chemistry with Grace too.
I think what you're seeing is them going through the motions of how a couple acts and being fine with that. But there's no connection, no emotion, no palpable feeling behind it. They are just meh, to be honest.
And she's very much a Mary Sue character. What is her storyline this season? What was her importance in this episode?
In most episodes, she is just "there". A warm body with some dialogue. 95% of the time, her scenes can EASILY be removed with NO impact to the storyline or episode.
Compared to Chenford, Wopez, even Nyla and James..... Bailey with Nolan is a snoozer. Nolan even had more chemistry with his old girlfriend from high school and Genny.
If anything, they just have "friend" chemistry. There's nothing romantic about them.

Insane, right??? I mean. Just ridiculous! Tim & Lucy are the main cast (i would say we have 5, 6 core main cast) and are FAN FAVORITES so why do we keep seeing nolan and bailey so much?? I get it, he's an exec producer, he's the titular character but the show has EVOLVED so much, it's been 6 seasons, and everyone knows who 99,99% of ppl want to see! The actual main couple of the show - Chenford, like they are literally all everyone talks about all over social media, you can't just ignore that! This is an ensemble show and Chenford is literally one of the biggest couples on TV, whereas john and bailey are the most forgettable "couple" ever. Tim and Lucy deserve their screen time. they CARRY the show, they are the reason for high ratings and massive viewership - It's just crazy to me how Nathan/Bailey always have to have at least 5% more screen time even though the majority of fabs only want tim and lucy. If Nathan wasn't an exec, I guarantee you that wouldn't be the case. You show fan favorites who bring you the biggest fandom the most, as simple as that
All the shippers fuming from this scene 😂 Bailey is the most interesting pairing the main character has had, by far. Jessica was very one dimensional, and Grace was just boring all around. Bailey has had more storylines and backstory than any secondary character besides Wesley. People can hate what they want, but at least make it make sense.

(IM NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS VIDEO IN PARTICULAR JUST THE TV SHOW IN GENERAL) I love this show sooo much but the one thing that make me angry is that if you see a body cam of a real officer you'd know that they pull the trigger THE MOMENT they feel threatened, a knife, a gun, a phone, they don't talk to the suspects, cops just shoot
I'm a new viewer and binged watch all five seasons. Nolan is my favorite character by far and I'm sad his story lines this season have sucked.
Also, I hate to pile on, but I don't really see any chemistry between John and Bailey. Jenna is a lovely actress, but I don't think she's cast well here. John has more chemistry with Gennifer and even Simone (Rookie: Feds) than he has with Bailey.

He did absolutely nothing to Stana. Its so stupid that people believe that crap when no proof was ever shown. When castle ended, he even wished Stana well. If those RUMORS were true, his co stars would not be saying nice things about him. But pretty much all his former and current co stars have nothing but GREAT things to say about him.

I think it's the way she comes across. She doesn't have any natural warmth. She actually comes across smug and has a resting bitch face which makes her look pretentious. It's so sad that Bailey was miscast and written so serious and harsh. Not a good fit for Nolan at all, in my opinion.
