Nah that was a bet. Lucy the asian girl bet with the guy shirtless that she could set him up with someone. If she managed to set him up with a good someone that lasted she got to wear short sleave uniform. But if she couldnt set him up sicesfully the shirtnless dude tim said that after wvery call she (lucy) would have to do 50 pushups. In the end lucy says “short sleeves” to announce the fact that she in fact won the bet. So she was happy not angry that he has slept with a that hehe wasnt her.
