    When we talk about the most successful meatball soup with a bit of sour borscht, here you can find it, with soft and delicate meatballs, but also well-bound, tasty meatballs with a little rice.
    Here I have a special meatball soup recipe. A recipe in which I made meatballs from scratch, or rather, step by step, for the soup.
    In this week's episode, I made the famous meatball soup, "like at Ghiauri's," with sour borscht and lots of lovage. You can't even imagine how delicious it turned out. Follow me until the end to find out how I made the meatball soup, based on an old recipe that originated from three countries.

    Meatball soup ingredients:
    Meatball ingredients:
    - 500g minced beef;
    - 1 teaspoon salt;
    - 1 teaspoon pepper;
    - 1 teaspoon paprika;
    - 1/2 teaspoon cumin (quite strong flavor, if you don't like it, you can omit it or use less);
    - 4 tablespoons bulgur;
    - 1 tablespoon rice;
    - 1 tablespoon semolina;
    - 1 tablespoon flour;
    - 1 whole egg;
    For the broth:
    - 1.5kg beef bones;
    - 1/2 small celery head;
    - 3 carrots;
    - parsley root or leftover parsley stems;
    - fresh lovage, but if you don't have it, you can use dried lovage;
    - 1 onion;
    - peppercorns;
    - two bay leaves;
    - cold water (pot full. In the recipe, the pot has 6 liters);
    Meatball soup ingredients:
    - 2 large onions;
    - 2 carrots;
    - 1 small celery;
    - 1 parsley root;
    - 2 tomatoes;
    - 1 bell pepper or sweet pepper;
    - 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
    - 1 bunch of fresh lovage;
    - 100g jarred mixed vegetables (If you have it :)! But it would be good to have it :) );
    - 4 liters of beef broth or water;
    - 20ml sunflower vegetable oil;
    - salt and pepper to taste;
    - the meatballs :);
    - 500ml sour borscht (Add to taste, and the quantity may vary depending on preferences);
    Serve with hot peppers, herbs, and sour cream!

    Daca ti-a placut aceasta reteta nu uita sa ma sustii cu un like, sa comentezi si sa te abonezi. Sa aveti pofta, pofticiosilor!

    Buna sunt un baiat tanar si ne-insurat si urmaresc cu drag aproape toate serialele tale si sunt foarte multumit de rezultatele pe care le am cupa ce fac si eu. Dumnezeu sa te binecuvinteze.

    S-a marcat,asta e varianta de borș de perișoare cea mai agreată de mine,doar că fără bulgur și chimion.La verdețuri merge 1/2 leuștean și câte 1/4 pătrunjel și mărar...👌👌👍👍❤❤❤ modovenii cei mai buni în bucătărie !!!

      Pe vremea aceea incercam diferite moduri de prezentare, care mai de care sa prin la public. Acum ma minunez si eu cand le vad! Imi lua cate o saptamana pentru fiecare video!

    Acum mananc ciorbita gustoasa, cu smantana, fara paine ca tinem la silueta. Am facut perisoare normale romanesti. E de vis ! Iti merge direct la suflet ! Va zic eu, nu va trebuie friptura, ciorba asta e de Milioane ! :)

    Buna! Nu ai precizat cat timp se fierbe la sfarsit ciorba cu legumele taiate si perisoarele. Sau daca borsul se pune la sfarsitul timpului de fierbere sau la inceput.

      Buna Cristina! Eu merg pe ideea de a gusta si de ajusta pe parcurs. Legumele in functie de marime au timp diferit de gatire, de aceea esential e sa gusti mancarea cand o faci. Daca sunt moi atunci e gata. Nu ar trebui sa ia mai mult de 10 minute sa fiarba daca sunt taiate la dimensiune mica. La jumatatea timpului adaugi si periosarele. Dupa ce le adaugi in zeama, vei vedea ca, dupa cateva minute vor incepe sa se ridice la suprafata. Asta e semn ca incep a se gati. Din acel moment eu? dau focul la minim si le mai las 5-10 minute sa fiarba la foc mic. Adaugand mai spre final si borsul acru, care trebuie sa traga si el un clocot. Sper ca ti-am raspuns si spor la bucatarit! O zi frumoasa!

    Acum fac ciorba. Cat las la fiert perisoarele ? 20 minute ? Corect, pana e fiarta carnea, nu ?

      Din momentul in care se ridica la suprafata se mai lasa 5-7 minute. Testul e gustatul, daca orezul si ce mai contine e fiert e gata! Astept feedback daca e ce trebuie. Spor si pofta mare!

      @ pt nimic...ce imi place apreciez cu mult drag...si mie imi place sa gatesc cateva din retetele tale leam invatat de la mama mea....intrun fel vazand aceste video mam intors in copilarie
