Over the past few decades, the percentage of Americans identifying as Christians has dropped from over 90% to just over 60% according to Pew Research. Across the West, we observe and mourn the rapid decline of churches and church participation. The need for church planting and pastor training is a growing global need. To reverse these trends, we invest in building healthy communities of faith, call out the leadership failures within the Church, and prepare the next generation of leaders.
