Bro keeps tossing engines instead of figuring out the problem, out of everything you accomplished the engine was possibly the easiest thing you could have fixed, especially with all the available online resources, engines are really simple as long as you understand the basic ingredients it takes to run an engine, and it's pretty much the same for all engines. It was still a great work overall, especially what you did with all the rust, i never would have messed with that, rust is my non negotiable, i would have handed it off to a professional or junked it 😂.

Cool
Thanks Luca ;)
Bro keeps tossing engines instead of figuring out the problem, out of everything you accomplished the engine was possibly the easiest thing you could have fixed, especially with all the available online resources, engines are really simple as long as you understand the basic ingredients it takes to run an engine, and it's pretty much the same for all engines.
It was still a great work overall, especially what you did with all the rust, i never would have messed with that, rust is my non negotiable, i would have handed it off to a professional or junked it 😂.
Hey Denis,
You are right! The thing is, I am still a bit frustrated that I couldn't fix the engine. Well, I just bit off more than I could chew with this car. Never did any rust repairs, or engine stuff before. Tried my best here, still learning :)
Thanks for the comment :)
@@TheE46Guy we're always learning, what you accomolished with this car was massive.
It's just, i cut my teeth on engines on my diy journey, so it just seemed like the easier task and a no brainer from my perspective.
Im generally terrified of body work, so what you did with the e39 is nothing short of impressive, you should be proud of what you accomplished, and i bet you are.
I wish you more growth on your youtube path man, you've started something great here.
Crazy, but so good to learn
Good luck 👍🏻
thanks to you i declined my dream
Yesterday, I restored a Mercedes in 89,06 minutes
@@rheinfalke Haha nice! Next time I have to be quicker...^^
Old bmw be like: replace everything
How much is a bottle of CO2 in your place? If you use MIG it's better weld in a CO2 cover. Why use weird wire if you can use proper thing.
Hey Dominik,
It costs about 70€ per Fill (20 Liter). But my gas bottle was also quite questionable...I am sure I would have needed another one. (about 200€)
I like welding with fluxcore wire. Works perfectly for my usage.
Bro du bist aus Wiener Neustadt hab dich noch nie in meinem leben gesehen😂😂
3:34 if you want to see more rust get a ford transit mk7 next time
Should have just used a spring compressor
