I need this 🙌🏾because I’m in class now like WTH I don’t hear anything. (I struggle, but want to master this so bad) Thank you so much for explaining for me❤️

That dial is called a gauge the squeeze thing is called a bulb/pump. The term people used 80+ years ago was sphygmomanometer we simply call it a manual blood pressure that’s all
These are more accurate then any Digital Machine in my opinion because you can hear the blood flow when starting to squeeze thru vain to Full Thump and to Faded Flow at Lower Reading. BUT? I think of people that can’t hear right or to the Deaf that then will be looking at Needle to give the Reading, that may cause a problem too.
Yes, I agree. These are definitely more accurate. And you're right. A person who is deaf or hard of hearing will not be able to use these as simply watching the needle jump does not give an accurate reading. They would be using the automatic BP machines.
@gabealexander519 Is this seriously how you write? I mean, is it on purpose, as a joke? Or is this truly how you use grammar and spelling? Asking for a friend.

I don't understand because I got a diastolic of 79 on my friend
You won’t get any odd numbers on here unless you are saying that you counted the space as a number.
