Thank you so much for doing this video. I looked all over the place to find one and could not find it very informative and I appreciate everything you show.
No problem! Happy to help! Next video will be going over all the internals and I’ll include links for all replacement parts i can find for it. That way, if something fails you can just replace that part instead of the entire thing.
I would have to measure it against some wrenches I have to see, but the issue would be that you would need a super thin one to fit it behind the plate. The adapter with the wrench is only $9.99 on the JFJ site. Might be easier to just get it there: www.jfjeasypro.com/product/jfj-gamecube-plate/
No it shouldn’t wobble. Maybe slightly but it shouldn’t be drastically noticeable. If it does, then you will get bad results due to uneven pad contact. You can purchase a replacement plate from jfj.

do you know what size wrench that is? I don’t want to have to buy a game cube adapter just to get the wrench.

Does your top circle plate has a "wobble" when you spin it?

Where do you get the tool for the JFJ?
It came with the GameCube adapter kit they sell.
