I can honestly say ever since I've been watching this channel I've broken 5 different motors and bought 4 different types of mini bikes. I went from only knowing how to change the sprocket size and putting a muffler on it, to now being able to put a stage 3 in my own motor. I've helped out plenty of other riders and man I tell ya it feels good, so with that being said I hope this world never ends😂 thanks Black 66😎
About to start my first mini bike build from the frame up, just ordered a Hyundai 212cc. Your videos are awesome, there's pretty much no minibike scene in the UK so your videos are helpful, knowledgeable and inspirational! I'm working my way through them all👍
B66, awesome content! Thanks for the explanation concerning the effects of the number of teeth on the drive gear to the final drive ratio. I would never have thought one tooth on a gear would make much difference. It is always a pleasure viewing your uploads.🎉
I can’t help to notice that you have a large fleet of mini bikes!! Awesome, expensive too. I did like the 263cc build up you have posted and I have a remedy to the lack of power the engine could produce. Okay look this up if you want to,or if you read your content any!! I’m not rude so please don’t think I am. The 1979 Honda XL250s came with a 28mm keihin carburetor that is perfect for these big bore engines. It’s a pumper style carburetor just what your engine needs, and I have noticed you don’t have a single pumper carburetor in your fleet. Why not try one out on the 263cc engine? I guarantee you will have some great interest from us if you do Mr. Black66!!!!
With what I said I still love your vids. I'm trying to keep my sanity. Im more of a drag racer and I got 2 doodlebug frames with wheelie bars. Both engines are similar, about 18hp harbor freight one hole 212s with big hairy cams and compression. One has a Chinese belt drive cvt with many actual comet upgrades the other is a Hilliard Inferno centrifugal. The orange cvt bike is super quick but only goes 9.80s at 67 in the 1/8. The purple bike is weird at 30mph it will loft the front wheel and pull your arms off but it only goes about the same a 9.90 1/8th mile and it went 72 mph
Dudes legitimately insane and I’m all here for it. Just bought my first Predator motor and Db30 frame. Where to go from here? All Amazon parts. Let’s see what happens😂
I used a 27$ clutch on my Tecumseh star mini. And it’s smoked after about 10 1/4 mil passes. It ate that thing like nothing. The second time I rode it and got the carb tuned in and everything running a lot better. The bell was glowing a lil and smoking like crazy. I was like well I better take these 109mph gears off of here. lol. Slipped and grabbed great for about ten full passes.
It’s not ending ,this is only the beginning of the end times,100’s of years of this crap to come. Weed thru the sea of speedmaster products and there’s a wave of good products.😁
On the subject of world ending mods. I’m having problems aligning my torque converter output sprocket with the wheel sprocket. Can I run the sprocket on the outside, rather than next to the plate? I know you can do this with clutch’s like but not sure about torque converters. Any advice would be great.
Hold on holdddd on. Where the hell did you find a 12 tooth 40# chain clutch. I’ve been looking for one and all I can find in 40# chain is a damn 10 tooth. I wanted one for my Coleman ct200u. (Was just gona use a 16mm to 3/4 adaptor). But I can’t find one anywhere. I’m like this is nuts. On another note. Your the man black.
Here's a random Idea... I personally think having smaller sprockets (at both ends) puts more stress on the chain (but I'm open to those thoughts being proved wrong) So lets say a 12 tooth and a 60 tooth to get a 5:1 ration compared to a 10 tooth & 50 tooth to get the same 5:1 ratio, the top speed may be the same, but the chain is having to wrap tighter around the sprockets, as well as putting the load from the power stroke, on fewer chain links... does this equate to a drop in power and acceleration? and if using the cheapest chain on the market to speed up the results, will the smaller sprockets make the chain fail faster than if you use the larger sprockets?
The 263 was already on this bike so I figured I might as well do the video with it lol . It actually handles fairly well at speed, It just doesn't stop to fast ...
I don’t know what the big deal is use these cheap clutches on my go karts and I drift the hell out of them never had issues just add some oil and your good to go
I’m not sure if it’s me gearing or wt but I have a 10 clutch and 50 rear sprocket but the bike doesn’t want to move fr it takes forever to get going but once I do I get good speed. Help plz 😭😭
Am I first? Yeah my world is about to end. I'm 54 and the government due to me being sued by an evil entity am about to lose my home in less than 60 days now and I don't have words for this
Do you know what’s really sad is this guy has good content, but I do not want to become a subscriber and support his channel only because he doesn’t interact with his community. He’s asking for something from us every time you watch a video you’ll hear him say subscribe notifications, all that great stuff so we are doing a solid for him. The least he could do is interact reply when people are asking him questions.?
He does, he just doesnt reply to every single comment and i dont blame him one bit, would take too much time and not everyone is worth answering, google exists use it instead of a comment section
Also I would like to interject, most any topic you could question, can absolutely be found by scrolling thru Mr Black66's endless videos playlists. There are descriptions as well. Sometimes he will actually link a suggested video to you.

Yes, the pumper carbs work well. We used too use the Tillotson double pumper back when we raced karts. I will use one in a upcoming project.
Dude your bike's are insane!
Thanks!
Bravex clutch amazon 23.00 I have hundreds of miles on it... And you can change out the clutch Springs if you want a different engagement.😮

U da man mr black66 if it ends at least we got to go for a cruize on the mini into the great wide open 💪🏼💯💨💨💨💨
Im gonna need you to stuff about 150 pounds of gear in a rucksack and test wearing it before i can draw any useful conclusions 😂
Good idea!
When black66 pass by his neighbors they be llike ...i thought hurricane season was over lol
I have a question. I have a fat tire scooter from citicoco. Can I change out the original motor and install a qs180?
What brakes should I get for my predator 212 mini bike build?

Where exactly you get this clutch? Looked on Amazon and can not find it.
I put a link in the description of the video .
Do you have a link for the 28 mm carburetors you use on your videos ?
I will usually put links in the videos descriptions on some of the videos.
Fun stuff
I tried the scooter store clutch and it kept trying to engage at idle
Im most interested to know how long this clutch will last. As for the last clutch you tried, it had to be defective.

Gotta get a hold of that miNiBike expert 👀
Yeah I've been looking too
Can you post a run down on all the parts this bike has and what frame and engine it is
The parts used in the engine are in the 263 build video. Check out the playlist on the channel for many engine builds. It is a GTS frame.
Whats the different between the 10 and 12 i have a 50 tooth Rear sprocket im trying to make my ct200u faster to go on the road i dont know what to do
Check out the gear ratio calculator.Plug in sprocket sizes and tire height www.gokartsupply.com/ratios.htm

Is it just me, or does it seem like he picked the sketchiest bike for going that fast ? It seems like he has better bikes for that kind of speed.
The 263 was already on this bike so I figured I might as well do the video with it lol . It actually handles fairly well at speed, It just doesn't stop to fast ...
Hello love your videos I have a wonderful question...what speedometer app do you use to record your mini bike speeds thanks
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and digiHUD on the phone along with the camera GPS for top speed
I'm waiting to ride to 😢
Blows my mind you were going 75 on a bike with a scrub brake lol. You are wild
What do you mean, a hydraulic brake can lock up at high speeds and bye bye you go.
I like your videos
Thanks for watching!
I don’t know what the big deal is use these cheap clutches on my go karts and I drift the hell out of them never had issues just add some oil and your good to go
Yes, I agree, but it seems some think you have to use a $200 dollar clutch to have fun.

Now if the world was going to END !! What would be the most reliable and go the farthest???? 🤔
Can you make more videos on bidget engine builds like a budget cast aluminum flywheel with a ali special 16 dollars billet rod and do a test with it.
I Have a few budget builds on the channel using the cast wheel. Check out the playlist.
Where do you find a $16 billet rod? Wouldn't use that Ali Express junk.
