Well i would suggest that food application IS scalable because they founder actually does NOT have brick and mortar facility and WILL SCALE into other cities because this is the core idea of that kind of business. It only makes sense when scaling. The question is if the Home office is going to consider this as NEW idea. Because while it IS actually NEW type of business globally it however DoES already exist in UK. So, in my opinion THIS moment should be clarified..

I saw an example recently with innovative food / flavour components (i.e. new chemical compositions, etc). But in broad terms its a tougher sector to be choosing from the perspective of getting this visa (and later getting ILR).
