@@hswee2000 the height of the vacuum robot is about 10 cm(9.4cm actually) so it can go under furniture that is 10 cm or higher. But if you have carpet near the furniture it wont go down that furniture when its creating cleaning map first time because in this case robot vacuum will be higher up and laser distance sensor on top will register that area not high for vacuum. So heres the fix if you buy this vacuum; i suggest you to use wooden piece to elevate that furnitures when you creating map although its one time only you can remove wooden pieces after the map is created and robot vacuum can go under that furnitures easily with no problem.

With the vacuum suction power alone, can you remove the roller brush and side brush and still run the robot vacuum cleaner? It might seem like a strange question, but I want to avoid long human hair getting tangled in the roller brush and side brush. But I'm not sure if the robot will throw an error and not operate whilst the roller brush and side brush is uninstalled?
Hi Josh, it’s just a screw on the roller brush on it. don’t don’t worry on the brush actually. it’s handle quite well on human hair and only u need to do some maintainable on the inner rollers only. the rotating brush it seem no much hair stuck on it. for my recommendation is you just need more frequent maintenance instead of remove the brush. So your robot will always in tip top condition ☺️

it is definitely not just making noise i tested on Kitchen floor by spilling some coffee let it dry vibration mode cleans the stains better. But if only cleaning dust you can turn in off vibration mode since it wont be necessary.

its the sound of vibration motor inside the mop water reservoir you can turn it off in the settings if your floor is not too dirty. its just waste battery when just collecting dust you wont need vibration.
I find it to be very quite. Even in the standard mode. With the silence one the only thing you can hear is the vibrating mop. A had the the first version before and this one is much less noisy.

had this for 4 years now, still going strong. Only change the filter 3 times, brush once and roller once.

it’s ultrasonic sound when mopping. this is the design intent. no worry bro..
