Way back in 70's when Landslide first came out I was at Fleetwood Mac concert in a rather small university venue. When she sang this song you could have heard a pin drop~ppl just in awe. So stunning it took a bit before ppl could even react.

To Stevie Nicks Pork Roast Family Dinner Recipe!! Medium Size Fresh Pork Roast. Poke many holes in fresh pork roast with a sharp knife. Cut up slices of fresh garlic and stick sliced piece's of garlic in each knife hole in pirk roast. Then place fresh pork roast in a dutch oven . Pour large bottle of Moho Sauce(Spanish barbecue sauce of liquid spices) over pork roast. Place Dutch oven Lid on Dutch Oven Pot and place in oven at 350 degrees and cook bake for 1 and a half hours. Use a turkey baster to get moho sauce out from around pirk roast and squirt over roast every 15-20 minutes . Side dishes are black beans topped over yellow rice and green beans seasoned with a teaspoon to a tablespoon of bacon grease salt and pepper and fresh cut up yellow onion to sprinke on top of black beans and yellow rice!!

Cook package of yellow rice with spices included in package according to directions on back of package. 3 cans of canned green beans juice include with bacon grease for seasoning. Cook for approximately 30 minutes and add canned white cut up small potatoes to green beans as well.
Serve with a bowl of sliced yellow onion on dinner table to sprinkle over black beans and yellow rice. Bake a pan of corn bread with green chilies. Just a few chillies in corn bread batter and 2 table spoons of crumbled cooked bacon to batter. Use 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread mix. Bake according to directions on back of Jiffy Cornbread Box Mix!! Make a pitcher of homemade Sweet Tea with fresh lime slices. Use 4 large tea bags and boil tea bags in 3 cups of water untill tea comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Remove tea bags and throw away. Pour tea in tea pitcher over 1 cup of sugar. Fill tea pitcher the rest of the way up with fresh water stirring as you fill!! Home made Sweet Tea!!
