Hi Gabe, I viewed another thread about testing max amp draw on one of these setups. This is a video showing the draw... now this is a 2004 unit so I don't know if the amp draw has increased for the 09 ( you are saying 60 amps?), but the 04 unit draws a max of 20amps. Where did you get the 60 amp max draw information? I am curious if the 09 really has a 60 amp max draw as this will tell me what size alternator I will need. a capacitor would be a great idea, Not just for the EPS but for the entire electrical system would benefit from it.

Yes it was a oem stock hydraulic rack

The 420a should be the same considering the engine and power train were different
How abaout the old hose? you just cut it?(High pressure hose and lower pressure hose)
Yes, cut both hoses and looped them together.
