    일주일동안 요가를 했으니 오늘은 간단히 스트레칭하고 마무리 합니다

    낙타 자세는 40대 남에게 조금 어렵네요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 열심이 했습니다 감사합니다

    동그라미 그리기가 쉽지 않지만 큰 원을 그리는 그 날까지 스스로에게 화이팅! 요가은 쌤도 언제나 건강하세요~
