Jeep XJ 2.5TD - VM diesel - first start after head rebuild.

First start of my 1997 Jeep XJ 2.5TD, VM diesel after a full engine head rebuild with new Vitobello Ricambi heads, Ajusa bolts and gaskets, VIctor Reinz head gasket.
