Interesting use of color and movement to demonstrate the pivot in the relationship between Mia and Seb. -They both start in blue lighting. -It ends with Seb in red lighting and Mia in blue lighting. Note that when the two first met, Seb was walking on a blue street and stopped because of a red sign. The two are separating from each other as they head towards different futures. -Mia's view of Seb is blocked by the backup dancers and then by people clamoring towards the stage, further separating the two. Good work.
I understand that this is supposed to be the song that we're not suppose to like (in a sense that the genre isn't really the jazz that the movie focuses on) but it's still my favorite song from the movie 😂❤🔥 and the only one that I still frequently listen to and have on my playlists etc.
This wasn't even Jazz ! It's literally any song you can listen to on pop. No wonder Sebastian was unhappy ! Look, I'm not saying it was a bad song. But what Sebastian felt, I felt too. This corrupted version of Jazz didn't have what makes this music genre unique and special.
